【摘要】：經(jīng)濟法的平等內(nèi)涵為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展提供了空間,緩和了交易狀態(tài)不平等給中小企業(yè)帶來的競爭壓力從經(jīng)濟法的內(nèi)涵入手,分析經(jīng)濟法與中小企業(yè)發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系,并對中小企業(yè)進行重新準確定位,以此為出發(fā)點研究經(jīng)濟法環(huán)境下保障中小企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的措施。
[Abstract]:The equal connotation of economic law provides the space for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, alleviates the competitive pressure brought by the inequality of transaction status to small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the relationship between economic law and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, starting with the connotation of economic law. And repositioning the small and medium-sized enterprises as a starting point to study the economic law environment to ensure the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises measures.
