【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化及信息技術的迅猛發(fā)展，現(xiàn)代物流作為推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新的利潤源泉和競爭優(yōu)勢，在世界范圍內(nèi)引起了廣泛的關注，其所蘊藏的巨大潛力得到了政府、企業(yè)和學術研究領域越來越多的重視。物流園區(qū)作為現(xiàn)代物流和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物，加快物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設對促進城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。近年來，長春市經(jīng)濟綜合實力不斷增強，物流業(yè)發(fā)展水平不斷提高，，產(chǎn)業(yè)物流需求不斷加大，又正值產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局調(diào)整時期，在此基礎上，進行長春市物流園區(qū)空間布局問題的研究，是未來長春市形成一個高效、有序和合理的物流系統(tǒng)的必備之舉。 本文以長春市為研究對象，參照國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)發(fā)展與研究現(xiàn)狀，闡述了物流園區(qū)空間布局的相關理論基礎。通過對長春市物流園區(qū)進行實地考察，并結合長春市經(jīng)濟區(qū)位、交通環(huán)境、物流空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，總結了長春市物流需求特點和物流園區(qū)建設發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與制約條件。在此基礎上，對長春市物流園區(qū)空間布局的規(guī)劃原則與發(fā)展思路、建設數(shù)目與占地規(guī)模、空間發(fā)展與功能選擇幾大方面提出了建議，并指出了物流園區(qū)健康發(fā)展的保障性建議，力求為長春市物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設者提供一定的參考價值，實現(xiàn)長春市物流園區(qū)的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy, regional economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, modern logistics, as a new profit source and competitive advantage to promote economic development, has aroused widespread concern in the world. Its great potential has been paid more and more attention by the government, enterprises and academic research field. As the product of the development of modern logistics and social economy, it is of great significance to accelerate the planning and construction of logistics park to promote the development of urban economy. In recent years, the economic comprehensive strength of Changchun has been continuously strengthened, the development level of logistics industry has been improved, the demand for industrial logistics has been increasing, and it is also in the period of adjustment of industrial spatial distribution. On this basis, It is necessary for Changchun to form an efficient, orderly and reasonable logistics system. Taking Changchun as the research object and referring to the development and research status of logistics parks at home and abroad, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the spatial layout of logistics parks. Through the field investigation of Changchun logistics park, and combined with Changchun economic zone, traffic environment, logistics space development strategy and logistics industry status, This paper summarizes the characteristics of logistics demand and the advantages and constraints of the construction and development of Changchun logistics park. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the planning principle and development idea of the space layout of the logistics park in Changchun, the number and the scale of the construction, the space development and the choice of the function, and points out the guarantee suggestions for the healthy development of the logistics park. This paper tries to provide some reference value for the planners of Changchun logistics park and realize the leapfrog development of Changchun logistics park.
