【摘要】：大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)是區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中最重要的創(chuàng)新主體。大學(xué)培養(yǎng)人才、傳承知識(shí)、創(chuàng)新科技。產(chǎn)業(yè)是創(chuàng)新的源頭，為創(chuàng)新提供方向、資金支持等。大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)各自擁有眾多的創(chuàng)新資源，，在創(chuàng)新能力方面具有各自的特點(diǎn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及創(chuàng)新難度與強(qiáng)度的增加，大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為創(chuàng)新的重要形式之一。大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作創(chuàng)新，可有效推動(dòng)大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，是構(gòu)建同區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求相適應(yīng)的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的核心。因此，如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn)，充分發(fā)揮大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)，有效促進(jìn)大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作創(chuàng)新水平，以構(gòu)建有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)，從而推動(dòng)大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，使大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新中發(fā)揮更大作用，就成為我國(guó)在大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新研究和實(shí)踐上亟需解決的問(wèn)題。 遼寧省作為我國(guó)重要的老工業(yè)基地，這些問(wèn)題尤為顯著。近年來(lái)，遼寧省面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的巨大壓力和歷史機(jī)遇。如何通過(guò)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新提升大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新水平，拉動(dòng)遼寧區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展成為國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果，在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的背景下，引進(jìn)系統(tǒng)耦合理論與方法，采用理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方式，從系統(tǒng)耦合性角度，對(duì)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。具體包括如下幾方面的研究?jī)?nèi)容：（1）大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性的理論分析。從系統(tǒng)耦合角度，解釋大學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性的基本內(nèi)涵；闡述大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合影響因素、耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)形式及耦合整體結(jié)構(gòu)。（2）基于耦合度的大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性的評(píng)價(jià)。設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合度評(píng)價(jià)方法體系，將大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的耦合度界定為耦合協(xié)調(diào)度和耦合緊密度的綜合度量，運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法和線性加權(quán)法,反映大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性。（3）對(duì)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究�；诖髮W(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性理論分析，對(duì)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合主體的創(chuàng)新能力及耦合特征、耦合客體關(guān)聯(lián)程度及耦合特性、耦合外部環(huán)境發(fā)展和耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)形式的演變特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的特征，提出遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新中存在的問(wèn)題。（4）結(jié)合遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際情況，采用數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法，對(duì)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合協(xié)調(diào)度、耦合緊密度、耦合度與耦合度影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證評(píng)價(jià)，深入剖析遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新中存在的問(wèn)題。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要有三點(diǎn)：一是在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系與大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新研究的基礎(chǔ)上，引進(jìn)系統(tǒng)耦合理論與方法，構(gòu)建大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性理論分析架構(gòu)。提出大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性是大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新協(xié)調(diào)性和大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新緊密性的綜合反映，并對(duì)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性的影響因素和大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行分析。二在大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從耦合度的視角，對(duì)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。以往的研究單從耦合協(xié)調(diào)度角度對(duì)耦合度進(jìn)行量化分析。本文將耦合度界定為耦合協(xié)調(diào)度和耦合緊密度的綜合度量，對(duì)大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的耦合性進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)。三是根據(jù)以上研究，分析遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，包括遼寧省大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力及耦合特征，遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合客體的關(guān)聯(lián)性及耦合特性，遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合外部環(huán)境的發(fā)展和遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)形式的演變特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，基于耦合度評(píng)價(jià)方法體系，對(duì)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新耦合協(xié)調(diào)度、耦合緊密度和耦合度進(jìn)行實(shí)證評(píng)價(jià)，借此從定量角度評(píng)價(jià)遼寧省大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新對(duì)大學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的影響，分析其中存在的問(wèn)題，為提高遼寧省乃至我國(guó)其他地區(qū)的創(chuàng)新水平提供有意義的理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
