【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,資源型企業(yè)不可避免地遭受了資源儲量的逐漸枯竭,環(huán)境污染加劇,開發(fā)成本不斷上升,競爭力被嚴(yán)重削弱,技術(shù)管理水平不高等困難和挑戰(zhàn)。而資源型企業(yè)在我國建設(shè)小康社會的進程中,擔(dān)負(fù)著保障國家能源安全的重大責(zé)任,所在區(qū)域是物質(zhì)財富、精神財富高度聚集的場所,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展發(fā)揮著巨大的帶動作用。因此,資源型企業(yè)能否成功轉(zhuǎn)型升級,直接關(guān)系到國家能源安全與社會經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。長慶油田作為我國
