【摘要】：本文從社會(huì)救濟(jì)福利事業(yè)支出、工會(huì)、職工平均工資、失業(yè)參保人數(shù)、失業(yè)人數(shù)、勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議處理收案?jìng)�(gè)數(shù)六方面,初步構(gòu)建社會(huì)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并以江蘇2001-2014年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用多元回歸分析方法,實(shí)證研究社會(huì)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度對(duì)江蘇區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響,得出其不同構(gòu)成因素對(duì)江蘇區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響程度不同,并分析了其差別化的原因,提出相應(yīng)策略和建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the social welfare expenses, trade unions, average wages of workers, the number of unemployed people participating in insurance, the number of unemployed people, the number of cases of labor dispute settlement are six aspects, and the evaluation index of risk degree of social labor relations is preliminarily constructed. Based on the statistical data of Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2014, this paper empirically studies the influence of social labor relationship risk on Jiangsu regional economic growth by using the method of multiple regression analysis, and finds out that different factors have different influence on Jiangsu regional economic growth. The reasons of its differentiation are analyzed, and the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
