青海省214國道改擴(kuò)建方案研究

【摘要】:和全國其它省區(qū)相比,青海省干線公路發(fā)展仍然處于較低水平,還不能滿足社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民生活水平提高的需要。青海省“十二五規(guī)劃綱要”指出需要提高公路等級(jí),構(gòu)建“六縱九橫二十聯(lián)”。214國道是青海省規(guī)劃的高速公路網(wǎng)“3410”南北縱線中的“一縱”,是連接青海、西藏、四川、云南四省區(qū)的干線公路,對(duì)加強(qiáng)西部邊緣省區(qū)連接、強(qiáng)化西部出行能力起著十分重要的作用。因?yàn)檠鼐凍土融沉、凍脹、不良水文地質(zhì)及重載車輛的影響,214國道出現(xiàn)了路面龜裂、縱橫裂縫、路基路面沉陷、邊坡溜塌、橋涵沉降變形等多種病害。因此,開展對(duì)青海省214國道高等級(jí)公路改擴(kuò)建建設(shè)方案的研究具有重要意義。本文首先選取青海省214國道共和至結(jié)古公路段作為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)闡述了該公路段地理位置、氣候、水文和地質(zhì)條件等,綜合分析了214國道經(jīng)過區(qū)域(海南州、果洛州、玉樹州)環(huán)境特征和交通狀況,為將來214國道的改擴(kuò)建提供有用的參考資料;然后,對(duì)214國道高等級(jí)公路進(jìn)行交通量預(yù)測(cè),遠(yuǎn)景年(2030年-2034年)交通量將達(dá)到四車道高速公路的適應(yīng)范圍,并綜合分析了既有公路的適應(yīng)性;接著,對(duì)現(xiàn)有214國道的使用狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)既有公路的病害已嚴(yán)重影響了公路的正常運(yùn)行,降低了公路的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,急需進(jìn)行病害整治;最后,從設(shè)計(jì)速度、路線、路基路面、橋涵、封閉與輔道、環(huán)境保護(hù)等不同角度,提出了具體的改擴(kuò)建方案。
[Abstract]:Compared with other provinces and regions in China, the development of trunk roads in Qinghai Province is still at a low level, and can not meet the needs of social and economic development and the improvement of people's living standards. The outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Qinghai Province points out that it is necessary to raise the grade of highways and build "six columns, nine horizontal and twenty links." the 214th National Highway is the "first vertical" of the highway network "3410" in Qinghai Province, which connects Qinghai, Tibet, and Sichuan. The trunk roads in the four provinces of Yunnan play a very important role in strengthening the connection between the provinces and regions on the edge of the west and strengthening the travel capacity of the western regions. Due to the influence of thawing, frost heaving, bad hydrogeology and heavy load vehicles along the freeze-soil, there are many kinds of diseases such as pavement crack, longitudinal and horizontal cracks, subgrade and pavement subsidence, slope slip and collapse, bridge and culvert settlement deformation and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the reconstruction and extension scheme of Highway 214 in Qinghai Province. In this paper, the highway section from Gonghe to Jiegu of No. 214 State Road in Qinghai Province is selected as the research object, the geographical location, climate, hydrological and geological conditions of the section are described in detail, and the region through which National Highway 214 passes (Hainan State, Guoluo County) is analyzed synthetically in this paper. Yushu) the environmental characteristics and traffic conditions provide useful reference materials for the reconstruction and expansion of National Highway 214 in the future; then, the traffic volume of Highway 214 is forecasted. The traffic volume in the prospective year (2030-2034) will reach the adaptation range of the four lane expressway, and the adaptability of the existing highway will be comprehensively analyzed. It is found that the diseases of the existing highway have seriously affected the normal operation of the highway, reduced the service quality of the highway, and urgently need to be remedied. Finally, from the design speed, route, roadbed and pavement, bridge and culvert, closed and auxiliary roads, Environmental protection and other different angles, the specific reconstruction and expansion program is put forward.
