【摘要】：將中職、高職、應(yīng)用型本科教育上下銜接的教學(xué)模式,旨在培養(yǎng)具有高創(chuàng)新能力且具備良好職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的優(yōu)秀人才。文章以職業(yè)教育中高本銜接的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對我國職業(yè)教育中高本銜接的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的分析,最后提出從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和辦學(xué)定位入手,強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)設(shè)置與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相結(jié)合、教師教學(xué)與教學(xué)模式相匹配,通過校企合作形成一體化的人才培養(yǎng)模式等有建設(shè)性的策略。
[Abstract]:The teaching mode of linking up and down of secondary vocational, higher vocational and applied undergraduate education aims to cultivate excellent talents with high innovation ability and good professional accomplishment. Based on the realistic demand of linking higher and higher education in vocational education, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development situation of the linkage in vocational education in our country. Finally, it puts forward the goal of talent training and the orientation of running a school. It emphasizes the combination of specialty setting and local economic development, the matching of teacher teaching and teaching mode, and the formation of integrated talent training model through cooperation between schools and enterprises.
