【摘要】：黃柏河是長江的一級支流,于葛洲壩庫區(qū)匯入,受葛洲壩回水頂托、入庫污染負荷增長、上游水資源開發(fā)利用的共同影響,下游城區(qū)段部分時段水質無法達到管理目標,已影響宜昌市小溪塔區(qū)域經濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。根據2013—2015年黃柏河常規(guī)監(jiān)測斷面實測水質資料,對黃柏河水質現(xiàn)狀進行評價,收集了黃柏河流域20世紀80年代至今污染物排放量統(tǒng)計數據和馮家灣、黃柏河大橋斷面高錳酸鹽指數和氨氮實測資料,對黃柏河流域水質、污染負荷變化趨勢進行分析,回顧流域水污染治理工作情況,識別出黃柏河流域水污染特征,并進一步提出防治措施。
[Abstract]:The Huangbai River is the first grade tributary of the Yangtze River, which is confluence in the Gezhouba Reservoir area, and is affected by the increasing pollution load in the backwater of Gezhouba and the development and utilization of water resources in the upper reaches. The water quality in part of the downstream urban area is unable to reach the management goal in some periods. It has affected the sustainable development of the regional economy and society of Xiaoxi Tower in Yichang City. Based on the observed water quality data of Huangbai River during 2013-2015, the present situation of water quality of Huangbai River was evaluated, and the statistical data of pollutant discharge and Feng Jiawan were collected from 1980's to present. Based on the measured data of permanganate index and ammonia nitrogen on the section of Huangbai River Bridge, the variation trend of water quality and pollution load in Huangbai River Basin is analyzed, and the water pollution characteristics of Huangbai River Basin are identified by reviewing the situation of water pollution treatment in the basin. Further prevention measures were put forward.
