遼寧省耕地分區(qū)利用及其高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)分區(qū)研究

【摘要】:高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)是保障我國(guó)糧食安全的關(guān)鍵措施之一,剖析其建設(shè)過程中的限制因素對(duì)合理安排建設(shè)布局的影響就尤為重要;趯(duì)遼寧省耕地地力評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,本研究構(gòu)建了包括自然條件、立地條件、土壤管理、耕層理化性狀和耕層養(yǎng)分狀況等5類15項(xiàng)因素的遼寧省耕地分區(qū)利用指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用K-means聚類分析法對(duì)遼寧省耕地進(jìn)行了分區(qū),共得到5個(gè)Ⅰ級(jí)區(qū),10個(gè)Ⅱ級(jí)區(qū)。此外,考慮到當(dāng)前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和工程建設(shè)的可行性,本研究從中選出3類11項(xiàng)指標(biāo)作為高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)分區(qū)的限制因素,采用層次分析法確定了各限制因素的權(quán)重,利用限制因素組合法和加權(quán)求和法確定了各限制因素高、中、低的限制等級(jí),并結(jié)合高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)分區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將各耕地利用分區(qū)中的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田劃分為重點(diǎn)、一般、勉強(qiáng)和不宜建設(shè)區(qū)。研究結(jié)果表明,遼寧省高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)重點(diǎn)宜放在高限制因素較少的遼寧中部和沿海地區(qū),而建設(shè)難度較大的遼寧東部和西部地區(qū)可適當(dāng)控制高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)的投入,注重生態(tài)屏障的保護(hù)。
