桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中一個(gè)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,近些年來(lái)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的不斷發(fā)展成為眾多學(xué)者在研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題時(shí)的主要關(guān)注點(diǎn)。我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展也在政府有意識(shí)和市場(chǎng)自發(fā)行為引導(dǎo)下不斷成熟,并形成了諸如珠江三角洲的主題公園集群、環(huán)渤海灣的濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等等,這些旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)形成了較強(qiáng)的區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了助推力。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為具有明顯空間集聚現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí),加快現(xiàn)代化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,使旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)向著高增值性、高技術(shù)性和高知識(shí)性的方向發(fā)展。桂林作為建設(shè)國(guó)際旅游勝地的傳統(tǒng)觀光型旅游目的地,其旅游發(fā)展也在試圖尋找可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,開(kāi)發(fā)多元化的旅游產(chǎn)品,加強(qiáng)區(qū)域間的旅游協(xié)作,建立了大桂林旅游圈的發(fā)展模式,使得桂林旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)入到嶄新階段。桂林作為傳統(tǒng)的山水觀光型旅游目的地,以城區(qū)兩江四湖著名景點(diǎn)和漓江風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)積極帶動(dòng)十二縣的旅游景區(qū)的吸引力,形成了以山水旅游資源為核心吸引物的旅游集群。本文在此背景下,借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論和制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究方法,對(duì)桂林區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平和集聚效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析研究,為桂林旅游產(chǎn)品空間分布和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局提供了一定的參考建議。文章對(duì)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的研究分為以下五個(gè)部分。 第一部分主要論述了文章的研究意義及目的,從四個(gè)方面總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)者們對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平及集聚效應(yīng)大多集中在定性分析研究上,定量研究較為欠缺,目前還沒(méi)有形成完善的方法體系,尤其是在對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)定量分析時(shí)較少結(jié)合旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度指標(biāo)進(jìn)行,因此本文在學(xué)者們定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合定量的方法對(duì)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析,試圖為區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)分析提供借鑒。 第二部分在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚及集聚效應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合眾多學(xué)者對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論基礎(chǔ)研究,概括了與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)研究的相關(guān)的理論,給出了自己對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的內(nèi)涵理解,總結(jié)了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的兩方面的效應(yīng),并指出了在對(duì)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)分析的指導(dǎo)原則。 第三部分從衡量旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的四個(gè)指標(biāo)入手對(duì)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚進(jìn)行了定性定量描述,發(fā)現(xiàn)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚過(guò)程呈現(xiàn)相對(duì)良好的態(tài)勢(shì),但是也存在很多不足。當(dāng)前桂林旅游業(yè)發(fā)展存在諸多困難和壓力,主要表現(xiàn)在旅游發(fā)展投入總體不足,旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施尚不完善,交通瓶頸制約旅游發(fā)展問(wèn)題依然突出。此外,旅游接待方式和服務(wù)功能轉(zhuǎn)型越來(lái)越緊迫,景區(qū)同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量和從業(yè)人員隊(duì)伍總體素質(zhì)仍需大的提升。 第四部分以詳實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)資料為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合空間基尼系數(shù)、赫芬達(dá)爾系數(shù),修正的E-G指數(shù)等產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚測(cè)度指標(biāo),測(cè)算桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的綜合程度,分析得出桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚綜合程度較高,但是近幾年呈現(xiàn)出下降趨勢(shì),集聚程度的趨勢(shì)變化說(shuō)明桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化發(fā)展趨向成熟,其旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分布越來(lái)越均衡,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)越來(lái)越合理,符合桂林發(fā)展國(guó)際旅游勝地的發(fā)展目標(biāo)的要求。 通過(guò)構(gòu)建計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型—柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)測(cè)算桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度對(duì)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)及相關(guān)行業(yè)的發(fā)展影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在集聚化發(fā)展過(guò)程中形成的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)、品牌效應(yīng)和創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)對(duì)桂林的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)和相關(guān)行業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定助推力,尤其是對(duì)住宿業(yè)和餐飲業(yè)的行業(yè)發(fā)展起到了巨大的推動(dòng)作用,此外對(duì)旅游衍生行業(yè)也在一定程度上產(chǎn)生了關(guān)聯(lián)性推動(dòng)效應(yīng)。 第五部分結(jié)合前文對(duì)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀的定性和定量分析,認(rèn)為桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)桂林整體經(jīng)濟(jì)和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的規(guī)模效應(yīng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),為了更好地促進(jìn)桂林旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化進(jìn)程,建設(shè)桂林國(guó)際旅游勝地,從區(qū)域資源空間分布、區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚機(jī)制和政府政策對(duì)集聚的推動(dòng)作用三個(gè)方面提出具體的針對(duì)性建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration, as an important economic phenomenon in regional economics, has become the main concern of many scholars in the study of regional economic problems with the development of economic geography in recent years. The theme park clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and the coastal tourism industry clusters around the Bohai Bay have given full play to the industrial agglomeration effect to form a strong regional competitiveness, which provides a boost to the sustainable development of the regional tourism industry. The development of industrialization can promote the optimization and upgrading of regional tourism industrial structure, speed up the development of modern tourism industry, and make the tourism industry develop in the direction of high value-added, high-tech and high-knowledge. The development mode of the Great Guilin Tourist Circle has been set up by developing diversified tourism products and strengthening regional tourism cooperation, which has brought Guilin's tourism development into a new stage. The attraction of scenic spots has formed a tourism cluster with landscape tourism resources as the core attraction. Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and the research method of manufacturing industry agglomeration, this paper analyzes the level and effect of Guilin's regional tourism industry agglomeration, and provides the spatial distribution of Guilin's tourism products and the layout of tourism industry structure. This paper studies the agglomeration effect of Guilin tourism industry into five parts.
The first part mainly discusses the research significance and purpose of the article, summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism industry agglomeration from four aspects, and finds that scholars mostly focus on qualitative analysis and Research on the level and effect of tourism industry agglomeration, quantitative research is relatively lacking, and there is no perfect methodology yet. This paper analyzes the agglomeration effect of Guilin's tourism industry on the basis of qualitative analysis by scholars and quantitative method, trying to provide a reference for the analysis of the agglomeration effect of regional tourism industry.
In the second part, on the basis of the theoretical foundation of industrial agglomeration and agglomeration effect, combined with the theoretical foundation research of tourism industry agglomeration by many scholars, the related theories of tourism industry agglomeration effect research are summarized, the connotation of tourism industry agglomeration is given, the two effects of tourism industry agglomeration are summarized, and the effects of tourism industry agglomeration are pointed out. The guiding principles for the analysis of the agglomeration effect of tourism industry in Guilin.
The third part describes Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration qualitatively and quantitatively from the four indexes of measuring tourism industry agglomeration, and finds that the process of Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration presents a relatively good situation, but there are also many shortcomings. In addition, the transformation of tourism reception mode and service function is becoming more and more urgent, the homogeneity competition of scenic spots is fierce, and the quality of tourism service and the overall quality of employees still need to be greatly improved.
The fourth part is based on detailed data, combined with spatial Gini coefficient, Huffindar coefficient, revised E-G index and other indicators of industrial agglomeration, to measure the comprehensive degree of Guilin tourism industry agglomeration, analysis shows that Guilin tourism industry agglomeration degree is higher, but in recent years shows a downward trend, the trend of agglomeration degree changes. It shows that the agglomeration development of Guilin's tourism industry tends to be mature, its spatial distribution of tourism industry is more and more balanced, and its industrial structure is more and more reasonable, which meets the requirements of Guilin's development goal of developing international tourism resorts.
By constructing econometric model-Cobb Douglas production function to measure the impact of Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration on the development of the overall economy and related industries, it is found that the competitive effect, brand effect and innovation effect of Guilin's tourism industry in the process of agglomeration development have on the overall economy of Guilin and the development of related industries. It has given rise to a certain boost, especially for the development of the accommodation and catering industries, and also has a certain degree of relevance to the tourism derivatives industry.
The fifth part combines the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the present situation of Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration, thinks that Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration has produced certain scale effect and economic effect on the development of Guilin's overall economy and tourism industry, in order to better promote the process of Guilin's tourism industry agglomeration, build Guilin's international tourism resort, from the regional perspective. The paper puts forward specific suggestions on the spatial distribution of resources, the agglomeration mechanism of regional tourism industry and the role of government policies in promoting agglomeration.
