【摘要】：高職院校教師在與企業(yè)開展產(chǎn)學研的緊密合作過程中,參與開發(fā)了大量的新產(chǎn)品、新工藝和新技術,高職院校培養(yǎng)的人才要服務區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,對應的課程內(nèi)容要與區(qū)域企業(yè)的實際情況相結合,因此,通過提煉可以把這些產(chǎn)學研項目轉化為可以實施的教學項目,反哺教學。這樣,可以提高學生的學習主動性和成就感,從而提高教學效果,培養(yǎng)的人才更符合企業(yè)需求。本文以真空技術團隊的產(chǎn)學研項目為例,把相關的產(chǎn)學研項目深度融進機電類專業(yè)開設的CAD/CAM、機械制造技術等核心課程的實踐教學,詳細介紹了課程的教學設計與教學效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of close cooperation with enterprises, teachers of higher vocational colleges have participated in the development of a large number of new products, new techniques and new technologies. The talents trained in higher vocational colleges should serve the regional economy. The corresponding curriculum content should be combined with the actual situation of the regional enterprises. Therefore, through refining, we can transform these production, education and research projects into teaching projects that can be implemented, and feed the teaching back. In this way, the students' learning initiative and sense of achievement can be improved, and the teaching effect can be improved, and the talents trained are more in line with the needs of the enterprise. Taking the research project of vacuum technology team as an example, this paper deeply integrates the relevant project into the practical teaching of the core courses, such as CAD / CAM, mechanical manufacturing technology, etc., and introduces in detail the teaching design and teaching effect of the course.
