【摘要】：區(qū)域教育問(wèn)題是目前我國(guó)高等教育領(lǐng)域改革發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題,對(duì)區(qū)域高等教育改革的實(shí)踐探索成為解決這一核心難題的關(guān)鍵措施。實(shí)質(zhì)上,區(qū)域高等教育改革是在以人為本的教育理念主導(dǎo)下,有目的、有計(jì)劃地對(duì)一定行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的教育理論和實(shí)踐施加影響,促進(jìn)其意義轉(zhuǎn)型的改革過(guò)程。其中,系統(tǒng)性、復(fù)雜性和本土性是區(qū)域高等教育改革的三大特點(diǎn),項(xiàng)目合作模式、規(guī)劃發(fā)展模式和特色示范模式是區(qū)域高等教育改革的基本模式。區(qū)域高等教育改革是促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、推進(jìn)社會(huì)公平和實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的必要途徑,因此,有必要在了解區(qū)域高等教育改革內(nèi)在需求的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)踐路徑探析。
[Abstract]:The problem of regional education is the core problem in the reform and development of higher education in China at present. The practice and exploration of the reform of regional higher education has become the key measure to solve this core problem. In essence, the reform of regional higher education is a reform process in which the educational theory and practice in a certain administrative region are influenced by the aim and the plan under the guidance of the people-oriented educational concept, and the reform process of promoting the transformation of its meaning is promoted. Among them, systematicness, complexity and nativism are the three major characteristics of regional higher education reform. Project cooperation mode, planning and development model and characteristic demonstration mode are the basic models of regional higher education reform. The reform of regional higher education is the necessary way to promote the development of regional economy, promote social equity and optimize the structure of regional higher education. It is necessary to explore the practical path of regional higher education reform on the basis of understanding its inherent needs.
