【摘要】：正長期以來,粵東西北地區(qū)工業(yè)化進程緩慢,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平不高,制約著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,這是廣東區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡的重要原因。因此,加快粵東西北地區(qū)發(fā)展是我省實施區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、粵東西北地區(qū)振興發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重點,也是我省調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展布局的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。大力發(fā)展工業(yè)園區(qū),是培育和形成粵東西北地區(qū)新經(jīng)濟增長極的重要途徑。對此,省委、省政府提出推動產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和節(jié)約集約發(fā)展,加強產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè),以園區(qū)為載體加快粵東西北地區(qū)新型工業(yè)化進程的政策舉措。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the industrialization process is slow and the level of industrial development is not high in northwest Guangdong, which restricts the development of regional economy, which is an important reason for the imbalance of regional development in Guangdong. Therefore, speeding up the development of northwest Guangdong is the key point of the strategy of regional coordinated development in our province. It is also an important strategic measure to adjust the layout of industrial development in our province. Vigorously developing industrial parks is an important way to cultivate and form new economic growth poles in northwest Guangdong. In view of this, the provincial party committee and provincial government put forward the policy measures of promoting industrial agglomeration and economizing intensive development, strengthening the construction of industrial park and speeding up the process of new industrialization in northwest Guangdong province with park as the carrier.
