【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài)、國際貿(mào)易規(guī)則加快變化等宏觀大背景下,作為深化改革開放和完善市場經(jīng)濟體制的重要手段,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作將成為未來我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的新趨勢、新動力。滬蘇浙皖4省市應從自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)、網(wǎng)上技術(shù)交易市場、打造環(huán)滬科創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶等方面入手,共建最具影響力的全球科創(chuàng)中心。
