山東省體育專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要2010-2020》指出“高等教育要適應(yīng)國家和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需要,建立動態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制,不斷優(yōu)化高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)。重點(diǎn)擴(kuò)大應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型、技能型人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)模,加快發(fā)展專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育。”我國從2005年開始設(shè)置體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位,是一種新興的體育研究生教育,其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和培養(yǎng)方式都區(qū)別于學(xué)術(shù)型研究生,前者是培養(yǎng)高層次、應(yīng)用型體育專門人才,重視實(shí)踐和專業(yè)技能,后者主要培養(yǎng)科學(xué)研究型人才。 本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、專家調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、專業(yè)技能的內(nèi)涵與主要內(nèi)容,及專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的途徑為切入點(diǎn),,探討了體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生專業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),觀點(diǎn)如下:依據(jù)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的專業(yè)技能就顯得尤為重要。本文通過對山東省高校全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析得出:第一,要增加專業(yè)技能課的課時;第二,學(xué)校要鼓勵和指導(dǎo)學(xué)生課余時間專業(yè)技能的訓(xùn)練;第三,實(shí)踐活動要與自己的專業(yè)緊密相關(guān);第四,學(xué)校有必要開展職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證。 本文通過對山東省高校全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,并給出相應(yīng)的建議,為完善全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位的研究生培養(yǎng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program 2010-2020 points out that "higher education should meet the needs of national and regional economic and social development, establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism, and constantly optimize the structure of higher education." Focus on the expansion of applied, composite, skilled personnel training scale, accelerate the development of professional graduate education. " Since 2005, China has set up a master's degree in physical education, which is a new kind of sports graduate education. Its training goal and mode are different from those of academic graduate students. The former is to train high-level and applied sports professionals. Emphasis on practice and professional skills, the latter mainly cultivate scientific research talents. This research adopts the literature method, the interview method, the expert investigation method, the mathematical statistics method, takes the physical education master degree graduate student's training goal, the specialized skill connotation and the main content, and the specialized skill cultivation way as the cut-in point, This paper probes into the cultivation of professional skills of postgraduates with master's degree in physical education. The viewpoint is as follows: according to the training goal of applied talents of professional degree graduate students, the professional skills of professional degree graduate students are especially important. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the professional skill cultivation of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students in Shandong Province, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, we should increase the class hours of the specialized skills class; second, The school should encourage and instruct the students to train their professional skills in their spare time; third, the practical activities should be closely related to their specialty; fourth, the school should carry out vocational qualification certification. Based on the investigation and analysis of the professional skills cultivation of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students in Shandong Province, this paper finds out the existing problems, and gives some corresponding suggestions. To improve the full-time physical education master degree postgraduate training to provide a reference.
