【摘要】：福建省作為我國重要的沿海省份,近年來加強了創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的構(gòu)建與完善,但是仍然存在一些問題需要加以改善。隨著海西概念的提出,海西經(jīng)濟區(qū)有望繼長三角、珠三角、濱海新區(qū)外國家重點支持建設的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,《政府工作報告》和“十一五”規(guī)劃綱要中,計劃通過10-15年的努力,海峽西岸將形成規(guī)模產(chǎn)業(yè)群、港口群、城市群,成為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的發(fā)達區(qū)域,催生新的投資與創(chuàng)業(yè)的機會。在這樣的社會經(jīng)濟與時代背景下,福建省創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境問題自然成為社會各界關(guān)注的焦點話題之一,對于福建省經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、和諧發(fā)展也具有重要的影響。本文主要采用GEM模型對福建省現(xiàn)階段的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境進行評價與分析,并且提出了具體的對策與建議。本文研究的主要目的是通過對福建省創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的研究,使得創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境與創(chuàng)業(yè)之間的關(guān)系更深入人心,為政府出臺相關(guān)的政策和措施提供一定的參考。同時,隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的隊伍也隨之不斷的壯大發(fā)展,創(chuàng)業(yè)者作為中小企業(yè)的典型代表在經(jīng)濟生活中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。通過本論文的研究,在宏觀層面,可以引導社會更加的關(guān)注創(chuàng)業(yè)者這個角色。為創(chuàng)業(yè)提供更多的幫助,使創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路更加平坦。
[Abstract]:Fujian Province, as an important coastal province in China, has strengthened the construction and improvement of the entrepreneurial environment in recent years, but there are still some problems to be improved. With the concept of Haixi, the Haixi Economic Zone is expected to sustain the regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Binhai New Area, the government work report and the ten In the 15 "program", through 10-15 years of efforts, the West Bank of the Straits will form a large scale industry group, port group and city group, which will become the developed area of China's economic development and produce new opportunities for investment and entrepreneurship. Under such social and economic background, the environmental problems of Fujian province naturally become the focus of all circles of society. One of the topics has an important impact on the sustainable, stable and harmonious development of Fujian's economy. This paper mainly uses the GEM model to evaluate and analyze the entrepreneurial environment at the present stage of Fujian Province, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions. The main purpose of this study is to study the entrepreneurial environment in Fujian and make the entrepreneurial ring. The relationship between environment and entrepreneurship is more deeply rooted in the people's mind. It provides a certain reference for the government to introduce relevant policies and measures. At the same time, with the continuous development of the economy, the team of entrepreneurs has also been growing. The entrepreneurs, as typical representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, play a more and more important role in the economic life. The research at the macro level can guide the society to pay more attention to the role of entrepreneurs. It can provide more help for entrepreneurship and make the road of entrepreneurship easier.
