【摘要】：國家“十二五”規(guī)劃，把深入實施西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略繼續(xù)廣泛在區(qū)域發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)先位置，并在政策上給予特殊支持。而作為西部最具經(jīng)濟活力的的成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)，以其迅猛的發(fā)展態(tài)勢，越來越受到社會各界的關(guān)注。與此同時，成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)也正凸顯出一些新問題和新矛盾，工業(yè)在成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)中占有很大的比重，在面對全球經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇乏力及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟下行壓力的影響下，成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)長期積累的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾越來越突出，而國內(nèi)的長三角、珠三角經(jīng)濟區(qū)通過區(qū)內(nèi)合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作，繼續(xù)實現(xiàn)著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定增長。成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)作為繼長三角、珠三角、京津冀之后，最有可能成為我國第四個經(jīng)濟增長極，如何在經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)部通過展開合理的分工協(xié)作，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化，，對于打造中國的“第四增長極”具有舉足輕重的作用。 本論文以促進成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化的實現(xiàn)為目標，在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上，以成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)為例，首先采用社會總產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)分析、區(qū)內(nèi)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析等定性分析方法，對區(qū)域的總體情況進行了總體評價。然后采用了計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)的分析方法對成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)近十年的經(jīng)濟增長與區(qū)內(nèi)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)系進行了定量的測度，利用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)里經(jīng)常使用的結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù)對區(qū)內(nèi)的各個城市之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)性做了進一步的剖析。最后在借鑒國內(nèi)其他經(jīng)濟區(qū)域的成功經(jīng)驗上，并結(jié)合成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)自己的實際情況提出了有針對性的政策建議。 本論文的主要結(jié)論如下：成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)的第二次產(chǎn)業(yè)為整個經(jīng)濟區(qū)的增長做出了巨大貢獻，但是成渝區(qū)域經(jīng)濟內(nèi)部的產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象十分明顯，為了更好地促進成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)的發(fā)展，我們需要抓住經(jīng)濟全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化這樣一個個機遇，順應(yīng)時代潮流，明確成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)主要城市功能的定位、加大價值鏈的分工協(xié)作等方面力度，加快成渝經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化進程。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan, the State will continue to give priority to the overall strategy of regional development by carrying out the strategy of developing the western region in depth, and will give special support to the policy. The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, which is the most dynamic economic area in the west, has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life with its rapid development. At the same time, the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is also highlighting some new problems and new contradictions. Industry accounts for a large proportion of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Under the influence of the weak global economic recovery and the downward pressure on the domestic economy, The structural contradictions accumulated in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone for a long time are more and more prominent, while the domestic Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta Economic Zone continue to realize the steady growth of regional economy through rational industrial division and cooperation in the region. After the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Zone, the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is most likely to become the fourth economic growth pole in China. How to optimize the industrial structure through rational division of labor and coordination within the economic zone? Industrial integration in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone plays an important role in creating the fourth growth pole of China. This paper aims at promoting the realization of industrial integration in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. On the basis of previous studies, taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone as an example, this paper firstly adopts qualitative analysis methods such as structure analysis of total social output value, analysis of three industrial structures in the region, and so on. The overall situation of the region was evaluated as a whole. Then the relationship between the economic growth and the three industries in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is quantitatively measured by econometrics analysis method. By using the structural similarity coefficient which is often used in regional economics, the industrial correlation among cities in the region is further analyzed. Finally, based on the successful experience of other economic regions in China, and combining with the actual situation of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestions. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the second industry of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone has made great contributions to the growth of the whole economic zone, but the phenomenon of industrial isomorphism within Chengdu-Chongqing regional economy is very obvious, in order to better promote the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, We need to seize the opportunities of economic globalization and regional economic integration, conform to the trend of the times, define the function of the main cities in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, increase the division of labor and cooperation in the value chain, and so on. We will speed up the process of economic and industrial integration in Chengdu-Chongqing.
