【摘要】：從當(dāng)前東北經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,東北老工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在著一定的局限性,制約著東北區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。東北老工業(yè)基地面臨著復(fù)雜的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,需要對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,即產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化、科學(xué)合理配置資源、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速進(jìn)步。尤其是"營改增"政策的推行,對(duì)于東北老工業(yè)基地調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、整合資源具有十分重要的作用。本文主要就"營改增"背景下東北老工業(yè)基地產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,提出對(duì)東北老工業(yè)基地產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整升級(jí)的思路和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of economic development in Northeast China, there are some limitations in the industrial structure of Northeast China, which restricts the rapid development of regional economy in Northeast China. The old industrial base in Northeast China is faced with complicated market economy conditions. It is necessary to adjust the industrial structure, that is, industrial transformation, scientific and reasonable allocation of resources, optimization of industrial structure, and promotion of rapid economic progress at the same time. In particular, the implementation of the policy of "business reform and increase" plays an important role in regulating regional economic development and integrating resources in the old industrial base of Northeast China. This paper mainly studies the adjustment of industrial structure of northeast old industrial base under the background of "camp reform and increase", and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure of northeast old industrial base in combination with the actual situation.
