【摘要】：中等職業(yè)教育是職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的一部分,它與普通高中教育并重,共同組成高中階段教育,中等職業(yè)教育為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)大量的勞動(dòng)人才,是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力和國(guó)家教育工作的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)之一。改革開放以來,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展大步前進(jìn),中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教育也取得了顯著的成績(jī),為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大量的技能型勞動(dòng)力和實(shí)用人才。然而商丘市的中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展較晚、基礎(chǔ)較弱,由于商丘市屬于經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)相比有一定的差距,一定程度上也阻礙了商丘市中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。因此,研究商丘市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出商丘市中等職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展中存在的障礙,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,對(duì)商丘市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本文以商丘市中等職業(yè)教育為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)搜集的資料、數(shù)據(jù)等進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)商丘市中職學(xué)校教師、學(xué)生進(jìn)行個(gè)別訪談,找出商丘市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的障礙,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本文的結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章是緒論部分,介紹了本文的選題背景、研究目的和意義、研究思路及方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二章為商丘市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展?fàn)?主要包括近代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展歷程、職業(yè)教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系以及商丘市的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀和職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三章從生源、辦學(xué)主體、師資力量、專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面分析商丘市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的問題。第四章對(duì)商丘市在發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,找出存在問題的原因。第五章結(jié)合商丘市實(shí)際提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。存在問題的原因主要有傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響,教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不均,專業(yè)設(shè)置理念落后,歷史原因等。商丘市中等職業(yè)教育可以從以下幾個(gè)方面促進(jìn)發(fā)展:轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,增加政策支持;增強(qiáng)政府主導(dǎo),促進(jìn)企業(yè)參與;加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);科學(xué)專業(yè)設(shè)置,嚴(yán)格專業(yè)審批程序等。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is a part of vocational and technical education. It pays equal attention to ordinary senior high school education and forms high school education. Secondary vocational education trains a large number of working talents for our country. It is the important driving force of our country's economic and social development and one of the strategic emphases of our country's education work. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy and society, vocational education in our country has made great progress, and the secondary vocational school education has also made remarkable achievements, which has trained a large number of skilled labor force and practical talents for the modernization of our country. However, the secondary vocational education in Shangqiu city developed late and the foundation was weak. Because Shangqiu city belongs to the underdeveloped area, the economic development has a certain gap with the developed region. To some extent, it also hinders the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu City. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu to study the present situation of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu city, find out the obstacles in the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu city, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper takes secondary vocational education in Shangqiu as the research object, through the analysis of the collected data, teachers and students of Shangqiu secondary vocational school, find out the obstacles in the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of this paper, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second chapter is the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu city, which mainly includes the development course of modern vocational education, the relationship between vocational education and regional economic development, and the current economic and vocational education development situation of Shangqiu city. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of secondary vocational education in Shangqiu City from the aspects of students source, main body of running a school, teachers' strength, specialty setting, etc. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of Shangqiu City and finds out the causes of the problems. Chapter five puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combined with Shangqiu city's practice. The main reasons for the problems are the influence of traditional ideas, the uneven investment of educational funds, the backward concept of professional setting, the historical reasons and so on. The secondary vocational education in Shangqiu city can promote the development from the following aspects: changing the concept of education, increasing policy support, strengthening the government leading, promoting the participation of enterprises, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, setting up the science specialty, strict professional examination and approval procedure and so on.
