【摘要】：近年來(lái),時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界范圍內(nèi)蓬勃發(fā)展,已開始逐步成為引領(lǐng)世界產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和集聚,已成為國(guó)際大都市重要經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,其影響力也日益提升。例如巴黎、米蘭、東京等國(guó)際時(shí)尚之都,其時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的輻射力和影響力甚至能夠跨越地區(qū),超越本地區(qū)及本國(guó)范圍。發(fā)展時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè),推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,不僅能夠提升城市在世界時(shí)尚、文化領(lǐng)域的地位,而且能夠有效地推動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)向服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越。 上海作為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平最高的特大型城市,正致力于建設(shè)和打造“國(guó)際時(shí)尚之都”,也正面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)型和將發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向新型產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域這一現(xiàn)實(shí)。發(fā)展時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè),可以為創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)提供有形的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,也有助于上海最大程度地發(fā)揮科研、品牌、人才、精密制造等綜合優(yōu)勢(shì),更好的調(diào)配和發(fā)揮城市資源,改變傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)“勞動(dòng)密集型”的發(fā)展模式,進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)業(yè)能級(jí)。因此,關(guān)注上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,研究上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)今后更好地促進(jìn)其發(fā)展和集聚,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文將在梳理和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論研究時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)。首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論進(jìn)行回顧,選擇適宜的集聚度測(cè)度方法；然后對(duì)時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念和內(nèi)涵做出闡述,并匯總眾多學(xué)者的研究成果,對(duì)時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)范圍進(jìn)行界定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑和數(shù)據(jù)的可獲得性,選取適當(dāng)?shù)臉颖?利用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論中的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度測(cè)度方法,利用EG地理集中指數(shù)和區(qū)位熵指數(shù)對(duì)上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度進(jìn)行測(cè)度,分析比較其集聚度,以此觀察上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀。研究結(jié)果顯示,上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)所選樣本的集聚度在過去十年間呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定增加的狀態(tài),也與全國(guó)時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的集聚情況趨勢(shì)一致。產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚會(huì)帶來(lái)眾多效應(yīng),與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生關(guān)系就是其中之一。本文在選取的樣本中,分行業(yè)進(jìn)行與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的研究,以對(duì)比不同行業(yè)情況。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)所選樣本中不同行業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)程度不同,在今后的發(fā)展推動(dòng)和政策制定中,可以分行業(yè)、有主次的促進(jìn)其發(fā)展。本文在以上研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上做出了總結(jié)分析,在今后上海時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和集聚的領(lǐng)域、層次、方向及人才培養(yǎng)等方面,提出了建議,希望有助于政府和企業(yè)采取積極措施,制定相應(yīng)政策,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),把發(fā)展時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)放在重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the fashion industry is booming in the world, and has gradually become one of the most important industries leading the development of the world industry. The development and agglomeration of fashion industry has become an important content of economic and social activities in international metropolis, and its influence is increasing day by day. For example, Paris, Milan, Tokyo and other international fashion cities, its fashion industry radiation and influence can even span the region and beyond the scope of the region. The development of fashion industry and the promotion of fashion industry agglomeration can not only promote the status of cities in the world fashion and cultural fields, but also effectively promote the transformation of urban economic development and realize the leap to service economy. As a super large city with the highest level of economic development in China, Shanghai is devoting itself to the construction and construction of the "international fashion capital", and is also facing the reality of the transformation of the economic development model and the shift of the focus of development to the field of new industries. The development of the fashion industry can provide tangible economic value for innovative activities and creative industries, and also help Shanghai maximize its comprehensive advantages in scientific research, brand, talent, precision manufacturing, and better deploy and bring into play urban resources. Change the traditional industrial "labor-intensive" development model, further improve the industrial energy level. Therefore, it is of practical significance to pay attention to the development of Shanghai fashion industry and study the present situation of Shanghai fashion industry agglomeration. On the basis of combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, this paper takes Shanghai fashion industry as an example and applies the theory of industrial agglomeration to study fashion industry. Firstly, the author reviews the theory of industrial agglomeration, and chooses the appropriate measurement method of cohesion. Then, the concept and connotation of fashion industry are expounded, and the research results of many scholars are summarized to define the scope of fashion industry. On this basis, combined with the existing statistical caliber and the availability of data, appropriate samples are selected, and the industrial aggregation measurement method in industrial agglomeration theory is used. This paper uses EG geographical concentration index and location entropy index to measure the convergence of Shanghai fashion industry, analyzes and compares its concentration degree, and then observes the current situation of Shanghai fashion industry agglomeration. The results show that the concentration of samples selected by Shanghai fashion industry has increased steadily in the past ten years, which is consistent with the trend of the overall concentration of fashion industry in China. Industrial agglomeration will bring numerous effects, and the endogenous relationship with regional economic growth is one of them. In the selected samples, the relationship between regional economic growth and industry is studied in order to compare the situation of different industries. It is found that the promotion degree of regional economic growth is different among different industries in the selected sample. In the future development and policy formulation, we can promote the development of regional economic growth by industry, with primary and secondary. On the basis of the above research results, this paper makes a summary and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions in the field, level, direction and personnel training of Shanghai fashion industry development and agglomeration in the future, hoping to help the government and enterprises to take active measures. Formulate corresponding policies, adjust industrial structure, and put fashion industry in an important strategic position.
