文章摘要：構(gòu)建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)有序度模型和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度模型,選擇區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)序參量,以武陵山片區(qū)為例評(píng)價(jià)不同區(qū)域之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展程度,并分析武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,2007—2012年武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同度的最大值為0.225,最小值為0.058,平均值為0.15,說明從整體上看,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的程度不高,且在2012年,協(xié)同度開始出現(xiàn)了下降的趨勢(shì),但每個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)的有序度歷年來都呈上升的態(tài)勢(shì)。最后,提出了在協(xié)調(diào)各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)各區(qū)域功能整合發(fā)展的政策建議。

Abstr：An ordering degree of regional economic subsystem model and a synergistic degree of complex system model are constructed, and some order parameters of regional economy are selected in order to evaluate the synergistic degree between different regions of Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District. Then the trend of synergistic development of regional economy of Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District are analyzed. The results show that from 2007 to2012 the maximum synergistic degree is 0.225, the minimum is 0.058 and the average is 0.15, which indicate that the overall development of regional economy are not highly collaborative. What＇s more, the synergistic degree in 2012 begin to emerge downward trend. But the ordering degree of regional economic subsystem radiate upward trend continuously.Finally, some recommendations are put forward to realize functional integration of regions based on the coordination of regional economic development.
