【摘要】：伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的逐步加快,全社會對各級配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的關(guān)注度也持續(xù)增加。城市配電網(wǎng)布局、結(jié)構(gòu)是否與城市發(fā)展相匹配,在滿足區(qū)域負荷發(fā)展同時滿足供電可靠性的要求,日益成為電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與管理者最需要關(guān)注的問題。 配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃指在現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)分析和未來負荷分布預(yù)測的基礎(chǔ)上,在滿足未來客戶容量和電能質(zhì)量的情況下,從變電站選址及建設(shè)規(guī)模、接線模式、饋線數(shù)量、線路路徑及設(shè)備選型中,尋求一個最優(yōu)或次優(yōu)方案作為規(guī)劃改造方案,使投資、運維、線損和供電可靠性損失費用之和最小。 本文首先對蕭山區(qū)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行了系統(tǒng)的分析,總結(jié)出影響供電可靠性的主要因素和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。其次結(jié)合地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),開展電力需求預(yù)測,在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃目標,提出了110kv及10kV兩級配電網(wǎng)具體規(guī)劃方案。最后對上述方案進行了投資估算和效果分析。 本規(guī)劃研究旨在為未來幾年蕭山區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供技術(shù)支撐和參考,以更好的滿足區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的要求。
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of urbanization, the whole society is paying more attention to distribution network construction at all levels. Whether the layout and structure of urban distribution network match with the development of city and satisfy the demand of power supply reliability in the development of regional load has become the most important problem for power grid construction and management. Distribution network planning is based on the analysis of the current power network and the forecasting of future load distribution, under the condition of satisfying the future customer capacity and power quality, from the substation location and construction scale, wiring mode, feeder number, In the selection of route and equipment, an optimal or suboptimal scheme is sought as the plan and reconstruction scheme, which minimizes the sum of investment, operation and maintenance, line loss and power supply reliability loss cost. In this paper, firstly, the present situation of distribution network in Xiaoshan District is systematically analyzed, and the main factors and weak links that affect the reliability of power supply are summarized. Secondly, combined with the regional social and economic development and related data, the forecast of power demand is carried out. On this basis, the distribution network planning objectives are defined, and the specific planning scheme of 110kv and 10kV distribution network is put forward. Finally, the investment estimation and effect analysis are carried out. The purpose of this planning study is to provide technical support and reference for the planning and construction of distribution network in Xiaoshan District in the next few years, so as to better meet the requirements of regional economic development for grid construction.
