【摘要】："一帶一路"的實質(zhì)是開放、包容、多樣的新型國際區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作平臺。建設(shè)綠色"一帶一路"的內(nèi)涵是建設(shè)資源節(jié)約、綠色消費(fèi)、低碳智慧之路;目標(biāo)旨在建設(shè)綠色利益、綠色責(zé)任和綠色命運(yùn)共同體。建設(shè)綠色"一帶一路"需要因地制宜,因國施策;統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,方案銜接;政府引導(dǎo),企業(yè)主推;以及科技促進(jìn),財稅激勵。建設(shè)綠色"一帶一路"順應(yīng)了全球可持續(xù)的發(fā)展需求,是沿線國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的機(jī)遇,更適應(yīng)了民眾的環(huán)保和綠色消費(fèi)意識。推動綠色"一帶一路"建設(shè)的國際合作需要溝通綠色政策,共通環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn),鼓勵綠色貿(mào)易,采用多邊和區(qū)域生態(tài)合作機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The essence of " One Belt and One Belt " is an open , inclusive and diverse new international regional economic cooperation platform . The connotation of building a green " Belt and Road " is to build the road of resource saving , green consumption and low carbon wisdom . The goal is to build green interests , green responsibility and green destiny community . The goal is to build green " Belt and One Road " to meet the global sustainable development needs . It is an opportunity for the adjustment of the industrial structure of the country along the line .
