【摘要】：雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)是區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演進過程中的一個重要階段。雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建對城市群的形成,區(qū)域一體化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展都有著重要的作用。近年來,河北省的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間格局發(fā)生了顯著的變化,冀東、冀北、冀南地區(qū)已經(jīng)逐步形成區(qū)域合作的態(tài)勢。但是河北省中部城市間的區(qū)域合作還沒有取得實質(zhì)性的進展,長此以往,勢必會影響河北省乃至整個環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的一體化發(fā)展。構(gòu)建石家莊-保定雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu),有助于提升河北省中部的綜合實力和區(qū)域競爭力,促進石-保經(jīng)濟區(qū)與京津形成鼎力之勢,在京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的時代背景下具有更加突出的戰(zhàn)略意義。論文在系統(tǒng)梳理和回顧雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論成果和應(yīng)用研究的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的理論路徑,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)實質(zhì)上是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟點-線-面的發(fā)展過程中的一個必經(jīng)階段,雙核城市不應(yīng)局限于港-城模式,也不僅僅局限于兩個實力和規(guī)模相近的城市。現(xiàn)階段雖然實力有一定差距,但具有地緣優(yōu)勢和功能互補性的兩個城市也具備發(fā)展成雙核結(jié)構(gòu)的潛在優(yōu)勢。據(jù)此歸納總結(jié)出雙核結(jié)構(gòu)形成的兩種模式：共同成長模式和強弱互補模式�；谶@一理論思考,結(jié)合河北省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟格局,并從區(qū)位交通、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、科教優(yōu)勢、發(fā)展平臺四個方面分析了構(gòu)建石家莊—保定雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)的有利條件。通過對石家莊周邊城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的實證分析,認為石家莊與保定可以遵循強弱互補模式構(gòu)建和發(fā)展雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)。并對石家莊與保定產(chǎn)業(yè)的差異化程度進行定量分析,認為石家莊與保定的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)雖然同構(gòu)程度較高,但是有趨異變化的趨勢。對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)中占有較大比重的制造業(yè)進行分析,認為制造業(yè)內(nèi)部的差異化程度較大,存在具有比較優(yōu)勢的行業(yè),兩個城市能夠發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,形成產(chǎn)業(yè)互補。最后提出促進石家莊-保定雙核結(jié)構(gòu)形成和發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Dual-core spatial structure is an important stage in the evolution of regional spatial structure. The construction of dual-core spatial structure plays an important role in the formation of urban agglomeration and the coordinated development of regional integration. In recent years, the regional economic spatial pattern of Hebei Province has changed significantly, and the regional cooperation situation has been gradually formed in the eastern, northern and southern regions of Hebei Province. However, the regional cooperation between cities in the middle of Hebei Province has not made substantial progress. In the long run, it will inevitably affect the integration development of Hebei Province and the whole Bohai Sea region. The construction of Shijiazhuang-Baoding dual nuclear spatial structure will help to promote the comprehensive strength and regional competitiveness of the central part of Hebei Province, and promote the formation of a great force between the Shijiazhuang and Baoding economic zones and Beijing and Tianjin. Under the background of regional economic integration in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it has more strategic significance. On the basis of systematically combing and reviewing the theoretical achievements and applied research of dual-core space structure, this paper summarizes the theoretical path of the evolution of regional space structure. It is found that the dual-core spatial structure is essentially a necessary stage in the development of the regional economic point-line-plane, and the dual-core city should not be confined to the Hong Kong-city model, nor only to two cities with similar strength and scale. Although there is a certain gap in strength at the present stage, the two cities with geographical advantages and functional complementarities also have the potential advantages to develop into a dual-core structure. Based on this, two modes of binuclear structure formation are summarized: the common growth model and the strong and weak complementary mode. Based on this theory, combined with the regional economic pattern of Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the advantages of constructing Shijiazhuang-Baoding dual nuclear spatial structure from four aspects of regional transportation, industrial basis, scientific and educational advantages and development platform. Through the empirical analysis of the level of economic development in the surrounding cities of Shijiazhuang, it is concluded that Shijiazhuang and Baoding can follow the complementary model of strong and weak to construct and develop the dual-core spatial structure. The paper also makes a quantitative analysis on the degree of differentiation between Shijiazhuang and Baoding, and concludes that the three industrial structures of Shijiazhuang and Baoding have the tendency of different changes, although the degree of isomorphism is higher. Based on the analysis of the manufacturing industry which occupies a large proportion in the secondary industry, it is concluded that the degree of differentiation within the manufacturing industry is large, and there are industries with comparative advantages, and the two cities can give play to their respective advantages and form complementary industries. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the formation and development of Shijiazhuang-Baoding dual nuclear structure are put forward.
