【摘要】：經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)背景下,我國商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到極大促進(jìn)作用,如引導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)、刺激消費、加強產(chǎn)業(yè)間的聯(lián)系等。與此同時,商貿(mào)流通業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級面臨著諸如基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不均衡、網(wǎng)點規(guī)劃不合理、業(yè)態(tài)比例失調(diào)、法制化建設(shè)滯后等問題。應(yīng)采取規(guī)劃先行提升商貿(mào)流通業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展匹配度、加強商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境建設(shè)、挖掘區(qū)域特色文化打造特色商貿(mào)經(jīng)濟、探索"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+商貿(mào)流通業(yè)"模式等措施,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal state of economy, China's trade circulation plays a great role in promoting the development of regional economy, such as guiding production, stimulating consumption, strengthening the relationship between industries and so on. At the same time, the transformation and upgrading of trade circulation industry is faced with such problems as unbalanced infrastructure construction, unreasonable network planning, imbalance of the proportion of business forms, lag of legalization construction, and so on. Some measures should be taken to improve the matching degree between trade circulation industry and regional economic development, to strengthen the environment construction of trade circulation industry development, to excavate regional characteristic culture and to build special trade economy, and to explore the mode of "Internet trade circulation industry". Promoting the sustained and healthy development of regional economy.
