【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受全球化與本地化兩種力量的作用。新區(qū)域主義認(rèn)為,地方化是實現(xiàn)區(qū)域發(fā)展的重要力量。在區(qū)域生態(tài)化建設(shè)中,生態(tài)要素作為典型的地方性要素引起了新區(qū)域主義學(xué)者的重視�；谛聟^(qū)域主義地方性視角,從地方稟賦、行為主體、區(qū)域體系等三方面構(gòu)建崇明生態(tài)島建設(shè)評價指標(biāo)體系,并運用障礙度模型分析各方面存在的問題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1地方性是生態(tài)區(qū)域建設(shè)的重要因素,生態(tài)區(qū)域建設(shè)需要充分發(fā)掘地方稟賦、發(fā)揮行為主體和區(qū)域體系的作用;2區(qū)域體系、地方稟賦是崇明生態(tài)島建設(shè)的主要障礙因素。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development is influenced by globalization and localization. New regionalism believes that localization is an important force for regional development. In the construction of regional ecology, ecological elements, as a typical local factor, have attracted the attention of the new regionalist scholars. Based on the local perspective of new regionalism, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Chongming ecological island construction from three aspects: local endowment, behavior subject and regional system, and analyzes the existing problems by using the barrier degree model. It is found that the proportion 1 is an important factor in the construction of ecological region, and the construction of ecological region needs to fully explore the local endowment and give play to the role of the main body and the regional system in the regional system. Local endowment is the main obstacle to the construction of Chongming ecological island.
