【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化是當(dāng)前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心問題,基于金融對資本要素的配置功能,金融支持已成為推進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的重要方式。對民族地區(qū)而言,少數(shù)民族民眾是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主體,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目的也是為了推動民族民眾經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提高,因此無論是金融方向還是行政方向所推進(jìn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,都必須重視相關(guān)舉措中的民族性回歸,民族民眾的利益、民族地區(qū)的資源條件、民族民眾的參與、民族區(qū)域的生態(tài)維護(hù)等問題的合理處置都是民族性回歸的重要體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The optimization of industrial structure is the core problem of the current regional economic development. Based on the allocation function of financial to capital elements, financial support has become an important way to promote the optimization of regional industrial structure. In minority areas, minority people are the main body of regional economic development, and the purpose of regional economic development is to promote the improvement of the economic level of ethnic people, so whether the financial direction or the administrative direction is promoting the optimization of industrial structure, It is necessary to pay attention to the return of nationality, the interests of the national people, the resource conditions of the ethnic areas, the participation of the ethnic people, and the ecological maintenance of the ethnic regions, all of which are important manifestations of the return of nationality.
