【摘要】：介紹了山西省場(chǎng)外造林發(fā)展情況,分析總結(jié)了造林成效、主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法和存在的主要問(wèn)題,提出了下一步國(guó)有林場(chǎng)搞好場(chǎng)外造林工作的建議與對(duì)策。山西省國(guó)有林場(chǎng)從2011年開(kāi)展場(chǎng)外合作造林以來(lái),至今已完成合作造林近2.3萬(wàn)hm2,總投資達(dá)到2.12億元。其主要方式有購(gòu)買(mǎi)式、合作式、股份式等,合作造林將林區(qū)的專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)很好地融入到了當(dāng)?shù)乜h域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生態(tài)建設(shè)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)家增綠、地方增效、農(nóng)民增收的"三增"目標(biāo),有效推進(jìn)了地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型與跨越發(fā)展。今后要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)持久合作共贏。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development of off-site afforestation in Shanxi Province, analyzes and summarizes the effect of afforestation, main experience and existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to do a good job of afforestation in state-owned forest farms in the next step. Since the development of off-site cooperative afforestation in 2011, the cooperative afforestation of Shanxi state-owned forest farm has been completed nearly 23000 mm ~ 2, with a total investment of 212 million yuan. The main ways are purchase, cooperation, shares, and so on. Cooperative afforestation integrates the professional advantages of forest regions into the local county economic development and ecological construction, and realizes the national green enhancement and local efficiency. The goal of increasing farmers' income has effectively promoted the transformation and leapfrogging development of local regional economy. In the future, we should innovate our business philosophy and achieve lasting cooperation and win-win results.
