【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的深入發(fā)展，促使企業(yè)的對外投資行為在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演著越來越重要的角色。同時，伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的不斷擴(kuò)大，中國對外直接投資無論是從存量上還是增量上來說，都展現(xiàn)了迅猛的增長趨勢，并已成為世界上對外投資最重要的國家之一。 在這一大背景下，在當(dāng)前廣東面臨生產(chǎn)成本上升倒逼經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的壓力下，廣東作為中國對外開放的戰(zhàn)略高地，讓企業(yè)“走出去”、開拓國際市場已是大勢所趨。通過對外直接投資，能夠緩解廣東省產(chǎn)能過剩的問題，進(jìn)一步帶動廣東的出口；通過與國外市場在物流、人流、資金流上的互通往來，實現(xiàn)廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化，提高區(qū)域綜合實力與持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。因此，本文認(rèn)為，直接影響到企業(yè)對外投資活動的成功與否以及效率高低的關(guān)鍵因素在于，企業(yè)是否能夠以準(zhǔn)確的戰(zhàn)略眼光，選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)膮^(qū)位進(jìn)行投資。當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對此作了許多研究，但大都都是從國家層面進(jìn)行研究，本文對廣東省對外投資的區(qū)位選擇進(jìn)行研究，對廣東對外投資具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文以廣東省為研究對象，運(yùn)用理論研究與實證分析相結(jié)合、定量測算與定性分析相結(jié)合等研究辦法，，對廣東省對外直接投資行為的區(qū)位選擇進(jìn)行研究，總結(jié)歸納并提出與之相對應(yīng)的政策建議。本文先從廣東對外直接投資的動機(jī)、現(xiàn)狀、區(qū)位布局特征以及存在的主要問題等四方面進(jìn)行定性分析，指出當(dāng)前廣東省對外直接投資過程中存在的問題，如投資布局分散無序、缺乏相應(yīng)的服務(wù)體系等。然后本文選取2003-2012年間廣東省對外直接投資的地區(qū)間和年度間數(shù)據(jù)，通過構(gòu)建動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，詳盡計量分析影響廣東省對外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇的主要因素，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the further development of global economic integration , the foreign investment behavior of enterprises plays a more and more important role in the regional economy . At the same time , with the expanding of the total number of China ' s economy , China ' s outward direct investment , whether from stock or incremental , shows a rapid growth trend , and has become one of the most important countries in the world .

Under this background , Guangdong , as the strategic high of China ' s opening to the outside world , has made the enterprise " go out " and open up the international market as a strategic highland for China ' s opening to the outside world . It can alleviate the problem of overcapacity in Guangdong Province and further drive the export of Guangdong .
Therefore , it is of great significance to study the regional choice of Guangdong ' s foreign investment , which has a certain guiding significance to the foreign investment of Guangdong .

This paper takes Guangdong province as the research object , combines the theory research with the empirical analysis , the quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis , and puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions . In this paper , the author points out the problems existing in the process of foreign direct investment in Guangdong province , such as the dispersion of the investment layout and the lack of corresponding service system .
