集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè):技術梯度差、市場梯度差的影響機制

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、乃至國家競爭優(yōu)勢的重要來源;浙江省是民營經(jīng)濟最活躍、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群最集聚的省份,在過去的三十年里,創(chuàng)造了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的奇跡。然而,產(chǎn)品附加值和品牌影響力雙低的問題,在全球金融危機和全球化競爭中矛盾凸顯,轉(zhuǎn)型升級成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的頭等大事。一直以來,轉(zhuǎn)型升級的解決方案都離不開政策的支持和政府的投入;但政府干預在鉆石模型的理論下,對競爭優(yōu)勢的積累來說,有利亦有弊。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,作為系統(tǒng)的,復雜的、網(wǎng)絡的、經(jīng)濟的、小世界的組織形態(tài),必然有其自身的演化發(fā)展規(guī)律;產(chǎn)業(yè)集群自身的演化發(fā)展規(guī)律,是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群轉(zhuǎn)型升級的最佳解決方案的來源。 研究基于“公司創(chuàng)業(yè)是集群轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要途徑之一”這一命題,從公司創(chuàng)業(yè)的視角入手,試圖探討產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導的特殊機制;并提出集群內(nèi)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響因素并進行實證檢驗。 首先,研究通過對相關領域文獻的回顧,綜述現(xiàn)有研究的成果,為本文的實證研究提供理論支撐:然后,研究引入安吉椅業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為案例,通過回顧產(chǎn)業(yè)集群三十年的發(fā)展歷程,提煉出發(fā)展的重要階段,并挖掘每個重要階段的創(chuàng)業(yè)及其創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導機制,繼而深入分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群結構特征,給出集群中公司創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導的特殊現(xiàn)象的定義,即集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè);其次,研究基于文獻綜述和案例研究部分的啟示,提出可能影響集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響因素,技術梯度差、市場梯度差和集群技術復雜度,并構建概念模型,提出相關的假設;最后,向臨海醫(yī)藥化工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和臨海休閑用品產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)發(fā)放量表問卷,進行實證研究。 研究認為,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群情境中,公司創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅僅是對創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別和利用,還包括未能識別創(chuàng)業(yè)機會,但通過對創(chuàng)業(yè)先發(fā)企業(yè)的模仿、跟隨,而實現(xiàn)資源配置的重組,實現(xiàn)的公司創(chuàng)業(yè);而集群內(nèi)部企業(yè)在技術水平和市場水平上的分布差異,影響集群內(nèi)的這種創(chuàng)業(yè)形式;實證研究證明,技術梯度差、市場梯度差和集群技術復雜度,顯著影響企業(yè)的溢出信息的感知準確率,也顯著影響其跟隨創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,技術梯度差對溢出信息的感知-跟隨創(chuàng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)化有顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。因此,現(xiàn)階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的技術、市場梯度差的存在,影響集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的效率;通過調(diào)控,調(diào)整梯度差,可以有效促進集群內(nèi)的創(chuàng)業(yè)績效,進而實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:The industrial cluster is an important source of regional economy and even the competitive advantage of the country. Zhejiang province is the most active private economy and the industrial cluster is the most concentrated province. In the past thirty years, it has created a miracle of economic development. However, the questions of the double low value of product added value and brand influence have been contradictory in the global financial crisis and the global competition. The transformation and upgrading has become the top priority of economic development. All the time, the solutions to the transformation and upgrading are all inseparable from the support of policy and government input; but government intervention is beneficial to the accumulation of competitive advantages under the theory of diamond model. Industrial clusters are systematic, complex, network, economic, and small world. The organization form must have its own evolution and development law, and the evolution and development law of the industrial cluster itself is the source of the best solution for the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters.
This thesis is based on "corporate entrepreneurship is one of the important ways of cluster transformation and upgrading". From the perspective of corporate entrepreneurship, this paper tries to explore the special mechanism of internal entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship transmission in industrial clusters, and puts forward the influencing factors of corporate entrepreneurship in clusters and carries out empirical tests.
First, through reviewing the literature of the related fields and summarizing the achievements of the existing research, it provides theoretical support for the empirical research in this paper. Then, it introduces the introduction of the industrial cluster of Anji chair industry as a case, and reviews the development process of the industrial cluster for thirty years, extracts the important stage of the development, and excavates the entrepreneurship at each important stage and its development. Then, it analyzes the characteristics of industrial cluster structure, and gives the definition of the special phenomenon of corporate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship transmission in the cluster, that is, the cluster enterprise entrepreneurship. Secondly, it studies the enlightenment based on the literature review and case study, and puts forward the influence factors that may affect the entrepreneurship of the cluster enterprises, the gradient of technology and the poor market gradient. And cluster technology complexity, and build a conceptual model, put forward the relevant assumptions, and finally, to the pharmaceutical industry cluster in Lin Hai and the enterprises in the coastal leisure products industry cluster questionnaire to carry out empirical research.
In the situation of industrial cluster, corporate entrepreneurship is not only the identification and use of entrepreneurial opportunities, but also the failure to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, but through the imitation and following, the reorganization of the resource allocation and the realization of the corporate entrepreneurship by the imitations of the pioneering enterprises; and the distribution difference between the enterprises in the cluster and the market level. The empirical study shows that the gradient of technology, the gradient of the market and the complexity of cluster technology have a significant impact on the perceived accuracy of the enterprise's spillover information, and it also has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial behavior. The technology of industrial cluster and the existence of the gradient of the market influence the efficiency of the enterprise in the cluster. By adjusting the gradient, it can effectively promote the entrepreneurial performance in the cluster, and then realize the transformation and upgrading.
