【摘要】：以廣東某高校粵籍學(xué)生為樣本集合,基于內(nèi)容激勵理論初步探討?yīng)剬W(xué)金評比管理辦法的設(shè)計,激勵拔尖創(chuàng)新人才成長,為創(chuàng)新型科技后備人才培養(yǎng)實施全過程激勵。并通過生源質(zhì)量與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、獎學(xué)金額度、升學(xué)深造、畢業(yè)薪資水平等因素的相關(guān)性分析,對高校招生工作應(yīng)較為精準(zhǔn)地優(yōu)秀生源地域定位以及做好創(chuàng)新型科技人才儲備生源基地建設(shè)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the content incentive theory, this paper discusses the design of scholarship evaluation management method based on the sample collection of Guangdong university students from Guangdong province, encourages the top creative talents to grow, and carries out the whole process incentive for the cultivation of innovative science and technology reserve talents. And through the correlation analysis of the quality of students and regional economic development, scholarship quota, advanced education, graduation salary level and other factors, This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to locate the source of excellent students and how to build the base of students' source of innovative scientific and technological talents reserve in the recruitment work of colleges and universities.
