【摘要】：當前,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的深入發(fā)展,對外開放程度的不斷擴大,我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境面臨著前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在全國經(jīng)濟范圍內(nèi)，河北省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度略高于其他地區(qū)，這一現(xiàn)象引起我們的思考。因此，對河北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境進行分析具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。 首先，本文以河北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境為研究對象，以經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系為理論基礎,嘗試對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵作出界定，并闡述了研究經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境的理論意義和實踐意義。其次，，通過對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系的理論研究以及河北省各地市在優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境方面的實例分析，確定構(gòu)建河北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境指標體系的原則，并依此制定經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境指標結(jié)構(gòu)圖。再次，根據(jù)河北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀、成就、不足及產(chǎn)生根源進行分析。最后，根據(jù)指標體系結(jié)構(gòu)的原則及結(jié)構(gòu)圖并結(jié)合對河北省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境方面的內(nèi)容分析提出改善河北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境的對策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, with the deepening development of the market economy and the continuous expansion of the degree of opening to the outside world, China's economic development environment is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In the national economic scope, Hebei Province's economic development rate is slightly higher than other regions, this phenomenon causes us to think. Therefore, the analysis of Hebei economic development environment has important theoretical significance and practical value. First of all, based on the relationship between the economic development environment and the regional economic development, this paper tries to define the connotation of the economic development environment by taking the economic development environment of Hebei Province as the research object and the relationship between the economic development environment and the regional economic development as the theoretical basis. And elaborated the research economic development environment the theory significance and the practice significance. Secondly, through the theoretical research on the relationship between the regional economic development environment and the economic development, as well as the example analysis of the various cities in Hebei Province in optimizing the economic development environment, the principles of setting up the economic development environment index system of Hebei Province are determined. And accordingly formulates the economic development environment index structure chart. Thirdly, according to the present situation, achievement, deficiency and origin of Hebei province's economic development. Finally, according to the principle and structure chart of index system structure and the content analysis of the economic development environment of Hebei Province, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the economic development environment of Hebei Province are put forward.
