【摘要】：在進入20世紀(jì)90年代以來,經(jīng)濟全球化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化已成為世界不可阻擋的趨勢。為了應(yīng)對這一趨勢,世界上各個國家紛紛開展區(qū)域內(nèi)合作,通過優(yōu)惠的貿(mào)易、投資等條件,將成員國的經(jīng)濟利益緊密的聯(lián)系在一起,以應(yīng)對全球化的挑戰(zhàn)。后蘇聯(lián)空間國家也不例外,2010年7月6日俄白哈關(guān)稅同盟的正式運轉(zhuǎn),標(biāo)志著在前蘇聯(lián)空間區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟合作的又一次深化。認(rèn)真分析俄白哈三國的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),了解關(guān)稅同盟對我國的影響對進一步推動我國與俄白哈三國的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系,密切雙方的合作有著重要的意義。 本文在對關(guān)稅同盟的概念和特征進行綜述后,對俄白哈三國相互間貿(mào)易特點進行介紹。隨后利用顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)分析三國比較優(yōu)勢,并設(shè)定貿(mào)易引力模型分析俄哈兩國與其貿(mào)易伙伴國的貿(mào)易潛力以此來評估俄白哈關(guān)稅同盟的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),最后分析俄白哈關(guān)稅同盟對中國的影響并提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, economic globalization and regional economic integration have become an irresistible trend in the world. In order to cope with this trend, all countries in the world have launched intraregional cooperation, through preferential trade, investment and other conditions, the economic interests of member countries are closely linked to meet the challenges of globalization. The post-Soviet space countries are no exception. On July 6, 2010, the official operation of the Russia-Belarus Customs Union marked another deepening of economic cooperation in the space region of the former Soviet Union. It is of great significance to analyze the economic effects of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, to understand the influence of customs union on our country, to further promote the economic and trade relations between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, and to close the cooperation between the two countries. After summarizing the concept and characteristics of customs union, this paper introduces the trade characteristics between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Then the comparative advantage index is used to analyze the comparative advantage of the three countries, and the trade gravity model is set up to analyze the trade potential between Russia and Kazakhstan and their trading partners to evaluate the economic effect of the Russia-Belarus customs union. Finally, it analyzes the influence of Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan Customs Union on China and puts forward some policy suggestions.
