【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化的今天,全世界范圍內(nèi)的資源均有了優(yōu)化配置的可能性,使得企業(yè)經(jīng)營的時空再也沒有了權限,帶來市場機遇的同時也帶來了日益激烈的國際化競爭壓力。物流行業(yè)更是受其影響,以愈加優(yōu)質(zhì)的組合實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品或服務“生產(chǎn)—消費”的轉(zhuǎn)移,起到了經(jīng)濟的拉動效用。本文把區(qū)域物流能力作為研究的對象來進行分析,深入地學習區(qū)域物流能力的有關理論知識和科學技術,分析區(qū)域物流能力與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟之間的復雜關系,從而展示出區(qū)域物流能力對現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的核心作用,以及對其發(fā)展的重要影響。本研究在文獻綜述的基礎上,采用文獻研究法、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法、理論研究與實際研究相結(jié)合的方法對調(diào)研所得數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。由原始數(shù)據(jù)計算出衡水市區(qū)域物流能力值,并探求影響其值表現(xiàn)的元素指標,基于此,對區(qū)域物流經(jīng)濟做出客觀合理地評價。深入而系統(tǒng)的研究了區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)的構建與模型探討,在指標的定性與定量上對區(qū)域物流能力進行分析,解決現(xiàn)階段的部分難題。為當?shù)卣诤馑形锪飨嚓P人才開發(fā)和其他物流綜合服務能力表現(xiàn)上提出一些可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the global economy, the possibility of optimizing the allocation of resources all over the world makes the time and space of enterprise management no longer have the authority, which brings the market opportunity as well as the increasingly fierce international competition pressure. The logistics industry is also affected by it. The transfer of product or service "production-consumption" is realized by the combination of more and more high quality, which plays an economic pull effect. This paper takes the regional logistics capability as the object of study, deeply studies the relevant theoretical knowledge and science and technology of the regional logistics capability, and analyzes the complex relationship between the regional logistics capability and the industrial economy. Thus, it shows the core role of regional logistics ability to modern logistics industry and its important influence on its development. On the basis of literature review, this study uses the method of literature research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and the method of combining theoretical research with practical research to analyze the data obtained from the investigation. The regional logistics capacity of Hengshui City is calculated from the original data, and the index of the elements that affect the performance of the value is explored. Based on this, the regional logistics economy is evaluated objectively and reasonably. This paper deeply and systematically studies the construction and model of regional logistics system, analyzes the regional logistics capability qualitatively and quantitatively, and solves some problems in the present stage. Some feasible suggestions are put forward for the local government in the development of logistics related talents and the performance of other logistics integrated service capacity.
