【摘要】：2013年9月習近平主席在出訪哈薩克斯坦期間提出"新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶是中國與西亞各國之間形成的一個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作目標。新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶,東邊連接亞太經(jīng)濟圈,西邊緊靠發(fā)達的歐洲經(jīng)濟圈,可以說是"世界上最長、最具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ慕?jīng)濟大走廊"。但就農(nóng)業(yè)方面而言,新絲路經(jīng)濟帶處于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的初級階段,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平相對比較落后,而農(nóng)業(yè)又是支撐經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),因此面對建設新絲路經(jīng)濟帶的機遇,應該首先夯實農(nóng)業(yè)基礎,促進絲路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,從而保障新絲路經(jīng)濟帶的建設發(fā)展。文章通過探討新絲路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分析新絲路經(jīng)濟帶地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級所面對的問題,進而探索如何利用新絲路經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展的新機遇來促進農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,概括總結(jié)了新絲路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的4條路徑選擇:以工業(yè)進步和繁榮為依托的農(nóng)業(yè)機械化之路、以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為依托的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技之路、統(tǒng)籌農(nóng)業(yè)功能的低碳發(fā)展之路、以龍頭企業(yè)為帶動的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:During his visit to Kazakhstan in September 2013, President Xi Jinping put forward the strategic idea of "New Silk Road Economic Belt", which is a regional economic cooperation goal between China and West Asian countries. The New Silk Road Economic Belt, which links the Asia-Pacific Economic Circle to the east and the developed European Economic Circle to the west, can be said to be "the longest and most promising economic corridor in the world." But as far as agriculture is concerned, the New Silk Road Economic Belt is in the primary stage of agricultural modernization, and the level of agricultural modernization is relatively backward, and agriculture is the basic industry to support economic development. Therefore, in the face of the opportunity of constructing the New Silk Road Economic Belt, Firstly, we should consolidate the agricultural foundation and promote the transformation and upgrading of the Silk Road Economic Belt, so as to ensure the construction and development of the New Silk Road Economic Belt. By discussing the present situation of agricultural development in the New Silk Road Economic Belt, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the agricultural transformation and upgrading in the New Silk Road Economic Belt area, and then explores how to make use of the new opportunities of the New Silk Road Economic Belt Development to promote the agricultural transformation and upgrading. This paper summarizes the four paths of agricultural transformation and upgrading in the New Silk Road Economic Belt: the road of agricultural mechanization based on industrial progress and prosperity, the road of modern agricultural science and technology based on technological innovation, and the road of low-carbon development of agricultural function. Leading enterprises for the development of agricultural industrialization road.
