益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:2001年國家教育部頒布了《體育與健康》課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確提出積極開發(fā)與利用民族、民間傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目資源,促進(jìn)學(xué)校體育教學(xué)改革。本題就益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。 主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法、問卷調(diào)查法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)益陽轄區(qū)(四區(qū)三縣一市)隨機(jī)抽樣的106名小學(xué)教師和1187名學(xué)生進(jìn)行民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)益陽市76.84%的小學(xué)都不同程度地對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源進(jìn)行開發(fā)與利用,整體形勢(shì)比較樂觀。(2)16所學(xué)校中有9所學(xué)校進(jìn)行了不同程度的民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目程資源開發(fā)與利用,,在開發(fā)與利用的學(xué)校中31.25%的學(xué)校有配套的教材;(3)益陽市小學(xué)開發(fā)的民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目主要是武術(shù),占調(diào)查72.3%的學(xué)校;后依次為拔腰、舞龍、舞獅、高腳馬等項(xiàng)目。(4)益陽市各區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不均衡,專項(xiàng)體育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不等,以至于益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源場(chǎng)地、器材較缺乏。(5)益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程自然地理資源開發(fā)與利用率較高,主要是對(duì)臺(tái)階、山坡、草坪的利用率較高,均達(dá)到60%以上。(6)益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的信息資源以網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息為主;體育教師民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的再繼續(xù)教育工作相對(duì)滯后。(7)益陽市小學(xué)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及體育教師對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的重視程度不夠,46.7%受調(diào)查主管校長(zhǎng)及相關(guān)人員從不關(guān)注民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用。影響益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的主要因素是(1)體育教師對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)欠缺;(2)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及體育教師民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)重視程度不夠;(3)益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源的宣傳與發(fā)動(dòng)力度不夠(4)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡,導(dǎo)致益陽市小學(xué)民族傳統(tǒng)體育場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施欠缺。(5)無完整系統(tǒng)的教材致使民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)指向性不明確。建議:(1)建立民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)與利用的評(píng)價(jià)體系(2)加強(qiáng)在職體育教師民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源再繼續(xù)教育工作力度(3)加強(qiáng)高校體育專業(yè)學(xué)生民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)的意識(shí)教育;(4)凝聚人力資源合力壯大民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程資源開發(fā)師資隊(duì)伍;(5)鼓勵(lì)多元化開發(fā)和科學(xué)合理規(guī)劃利用自然資源;(6)提倡各學(xué)校體育教師實(shí)施“流動(dòng)”教學(xué)計(jì)劃;(7)學(xué)校組織相關(guān)人員編制民族傳統(tǒng)體育特色課程教材;(8)優(yōu)化整合民族傳統(tǒng)體育課程網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源。
[Abstract]:In 2001, the State Ministry of Education promulgated the curriculum standard of "sports and Health >", and clearly proposed the active development and use of ethnic groups, folk traditional sports resources and the promotion of the reform of school physical education. This paper investigates the present situation of the development of traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools.
By means of literature, interview, interview, field investigation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, 106 primary school teachers and 1187 students in Yiyang district (four districts, three counties and one city) were investigated for the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. The results showed that: (1) 76.84% of primary schools in Yiyang City The overall situation is optimistic. (2) there are 9 schools in 16 schools to develop and utilize traditional sports resources in different degrees, and 31.25% schools in the development and utilization schools have matching materials; (3) the ethnic group developed in Yiyang city primary school. The traditional sports are mainly martial arts, accounting for 72.3% of the schools; after that, it is in turn to pull out the waist, dragon dance, lion dance, high foot horse and other projects. (4) the economic development of Yiyang districts is unbalanced and the special sports funds are unequal, so that the traditional sports curriculum resources of Yiyang primary schools are scarce. (5) the traditional physical education course of Yiyang primary schools. The development and utilization ratio of natural geography resources is high, which is mainly high utilization rate of steps, hillsides and turf. (6) the information resources of the development and utilization of traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools are based on network information, and the development and utilization of traditional sports curriculum resources for Physical Education teachers are further continued education. Relative lag. (7) Yiyang primary school leaders and physical education teachers have not paid enough attention to the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. 46.7% the principal and relevant personnel of the investigation supervisor never pay attention to the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. The main factors affecting the development and utilization of the traditional sports curriculum resources in primary schools in Yiyang City The factors are (1) the lack of awareness of the development and innovation of traditional sports curriculum resources for national sports teachers; (2) lack of attention to the development of national traditional sports curriculum resources for leadership and physical education teachers; (3) the propaganda and launching of the traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools are not enough (4) the imbalance of regional economic development, leading to the primary school in Yiyang The national traditional sports venues and equipment lack. (5) the lack of complete system of teaching materials cause the national traditional sports curriculum resources development direction is not clear. (1) to establish the evaluation system of the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources (2) to strengthen the continuing education of the traditional sports curriculum resources of the in-service sports teachers (3) The awareness education of the development of national traditional sports curriculum resources for physical education students in strong colleges and universities; (4) cohesion of human resources to strengthen national traditional sports curriculum resources to develop teachers; (5) encourage diversified development and scientific and rational planning of the use of natural resources; (6) advocating the implementation of "mobile" teaching program for school physical education teachers; (7) The school organizes the relevant personnel to compile the national traditional sports characteristic curriculum teaching material; (8) optimizes and integrates the national traditional sports curriculum network information resources.
