【摘要】：自馬歇爾開創(chuàng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究的先河以來,學(xué)者們對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的研究熱情從未衰退。究其原因,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群不僅可以帶動(dòng)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,還可以帶動(dòng)一個(gè)區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,甚至可以提升國家的競爭力。對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究的一個(gè)重要方向,是對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的研究。近年來,對于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的研究已由最初的宏觀層面進(jìn)入到現(xiàn)在的“微觀時(shí)代”,并且有越來越多的研究把產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和其他理論融合起來形成了新的研究方向,創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論就誕生于以創(chuàng)新為基本要素對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行的研究中。 以此為背景,本文選取山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為研究對象,首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、競爭力及創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行的分析,簡單介紹了山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概況并介紹了山東省內(nèi)幾個(gè)發(fā)展較好、具有特色的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。然后通過對創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體及其聯(lián)結(jié)關(guān)系的研究,分析了以創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)為視角的山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力影響因素,闡明了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)對于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的影響方式,并結(jié)合這些影響因素對以創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)為視角的山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行了分析。基于以上分析,根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力指標(biāo)的選取原則,按照創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并應(yīng)用SPSS軟件對19個(gè)省的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了因子分析,根據(jù)分析得出的因子,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力評價(jià)模型。根據(jù)該模型,對山東省的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭力與其他18個(gè)省進(jìn)行橫向比較,以評價(jià)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力在國內(nèi)的地位,然后根據(jù)對數(shù)據(jù)的分析,找出山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力存在的不足,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,對分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行簡要評述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對性的提出了促進(jìn)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力提高的建議,為政府部門制定相關(guān)政策、完善產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的建設(shè)、提高集群競爭力提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since Marshall pioneered the study of industrial clusters, scholars' enthusiasm for the theory of industrial clusters has never declined. The reason is that industrial cluster can not only promote the development of enterprises in the cluster, but also promote the economic development of a region, and even enhance the competitiveness of the country. An important direction of industrial cluster research is the study of industrial cluster competitiveness. In recent years, the research on industrial clusters has entered the "microscopic era" from the initial macro level, and more research has integrated industrial clusters with other theories to form a new research direction. The theory of innovation network is born in the research of industrial cluster based on innovation. Based on this background, this paper selects the agricultural industrial cluster of Shandong Province as the research object, firstly combs the relevant theories of industrial cluster, competitiveness and innovation network, and on this basis, Based on the analysis of the present situation and development course of agricultural industrial cluster in Shandong Province, this paper briefly introduces the general situation of agricultural industrial cluster in Shandong Province, and introduces several agricultural industrial clusters with better development and characteristics in Shandong Province. Then, through the research on the main body of innovation network and the relationship between them, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the competitiveness of Shandong agricultural industrial cluster from the angle of innovation network, and expounds the influence mode of innovation network on the competitiveness of industrial cluster. Combined with these factors, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Shandong agricultural industrial cluster from the perspective of innovation network are analyzed. Based on the above analysis, according to the selection principle of agricultural industrial cluster competitiveness index, according to the structural characteristics of innovation network, the evaluation index system of agricultural industrial cluster competitiveness is constructed, and the data of 19 provinces are analyzed by using SPSS software. Based on the analysis of the factors, the evaluation model of agricultural industrial cluster competitiveness based on innovation network is constructed. According to this model, the competitiveness of agricultural industrial clusters in Shandong Province is compared with that of the other 18 provinces in order to evaluate the competitiveness of agricultural industrial clusters in Shandong Province in China, and then according to the analysis of the data, To find out the disadvantages of agricultural industrial cluster competitiveness in Shandong Province, combined with the actual situation, to briefly comment on the results of the analysis. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the competitiveness of agricultural industrial clusters in Shandong Province, which provides a reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies, improve the construction of industrial clusters and improve the competitiveness of clusters.
