【摘要】：在陸地農(nóng)業(yè)資源退化和人口總量上升的雙重壓迫下,淡水養(yǎng)殖有望成為支撐我國(guó)居民口糧供給的另一支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)�；�2007-2014年我國(guó)省域淡水養(yǎng)殖面板數(shù)據(jù),探尋了我國(guó)淡水養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域的格局變化,利用全局Moran’s I指數(shù)考察淡水養(yǎng)殖區(qū)的空間相關(guān)性,并通過(guò)構(gòu)建空間杜賓面板模型分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)格局變化的影響因素。研究表明:1我國(guó)淡水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出"東南熱、西北冷"的特點(diǎn),省域間的空間相關(guān)性逐年顯著;2淡水養(yǎng)殖資金投入增加、養(yǎng)殖面積擴(kuò)大、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平提升會(huì)對(duì)淡水養(yǎng)殖量有正向的作用,體現(xiàn)我國(guó)淡水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)由粗放經(jīng)營(yíng)向集約化經(jīng)營(yíng)的轉(zhuǎn)變;3淡水養(yǎng)殖面積負(fù)間接效應(yīng)反映"過(guò)度養(yǎng)殖"和環(huán)境污染對(duì)淡水資源的破壞會(huì)減緩淡水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展;4淡水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程之間不矛盾,在未來(lái)可以穩(wěn)定持續(xù)地提供淡水產(chǎn)品,成為國(guó)家糧食安全和食品安全重要保障。最后從合理規(guī)劃淡水養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域格局、平衡省份間技術(shù)推廣資金投入和加強(qiáng)對(duì)水資源污染的監(jiān)管3個(gè)方面提出了推動(dòng)淡水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the dual oppression of the degradation of land agricultural resources and the increase of total population, freshwater farming is expected to become another pillar industry supporting the supply of food rations to Chinese residents. Based on the provincial freshwater culture panel data of China from 2007 to 2014, this paper explores the pattern changes of freshwater culture regions in China, and uses the global Moran's I index to investigate the spatial correlation of freshwater culture zones. And through the construction of spatial Doberman panel model to analyze the impact factors of industrial pattern change. The results show that the freshwater culture industry in China has the characteristics of "southeast heat and cold northwest", and the spatial correlation between provinces is significant year by year. Raising the level of regional economic development will have a positive effect on the quantity of freshwater culture. Reflecting the change of freshwater culture industry from extensive management to intensive management in China, the negative indirect effect of "over-culture" and environmental pollution on freshwater resources will slow down the development of freshwater culture. There is no contradiction between the development of aquaculture and the process of urbanization. In the future, the supply of fresh water products can be stable and sustainable, and become an important guarantee of national food security and food safety. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of freshwater aquaculture industry from three aspects: rationally planning the regional pattern of freshwater culture, balancing the investment of technical extension funds among provinces and strengthening the supervision of water resources pollution.
