【摘要】：印度人口眾多,幅員遼闊,和中國(guó)同屬農(nóng)業(yè)人口大國(guó)。農(nóng)村減貧一直是政府重要的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,城鄉(xiāng)差距巨大,農(nóng)村土地使用率和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率低,農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力受教育水平低。盡管直到現(xiàn)在貧困問題依然在很大程度上困擾著印度,但是他們?cè)趯?duì)貧困人口的甄別上和反貧困項(xiàng)目的瞄準(zhǔn)實(shí)施上都有一些值得我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)借鑒之處。
[Abstract]:India has a large population, a vast territory, and China is a large agricultural population. Poverty reduction in rural areas has always been an important regional economic system of the government, with a huge gap between urban and rural areas, low utilization rate of rural land and agricultural productivity, and low level of rural labor education. Although the poverty problem still puzzles India to a great extent, it is worth learning from the screening of the poor population and the implementation of anti-poverty projects.
