高速鐵路影響下的長(zhǎng)三角時(shí)空收縮與空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變

【摘要】:2004年以來(lái)大規(guī)模建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)的高速鐵路給我國(guó)區(qū)域空間發(fā)展帶來(lái)了重要機(jī)遇。高速鐵路作為重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施如何促進(jìn)我國(guó)促進(jìn)城市群的健康發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化是本論文重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景。本文聚焦于高速鐵路影響下城市群時(shí)空收縮變遷與空間結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的特征這一科學(xué)問(wèn)題,以長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,展開實(shí)證研究。論文采用了“提出問(wèn)題—分析問(wèn)題—解決問(wèn)題”的基本技術(shù)路線。在提出科學(xué)問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,論文指出以時(shí)間距離作為重要因子來(lái)討論高鐵影響效應(yīng)的研究視角。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)三個(gè)層面簡(jiǎn)要回顧了交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展與城市空間演化的相關(guān)理論,以及時(shí)空地圖、空間插值和分析技術(shù)等技術(shù)工具;論文從路網(wǎng)形態(tài)、規(guī)模里程和客、貨流分配三個(gè)層面系統(tǒng)梳理了包含高速公路和高速鐵路在內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)高速交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的演變。其后借助GIS工具,以長(zhǎng)三角單個(gè)城市為原點(diǎn),分階段分城市繪制長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的時(shí)空地圖,并對(duì)時(shí)空地圖演化進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)時(shí)空收縮的客觀規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文從人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和建設(shè)用地建設(shè)等視角出發(fā),對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入研究;利用面板數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)2000年以來(lái)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)演替進(jìn)行深入研究,并與時(shí)空地圖相互驗(yàn)證和校核。最后,論文轉(zhuǎn)向長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)重大空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的梳理,基于長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃,展望長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略和建議論文主要提出以下結(jié)論:(1)長(zhǎng)三角高速交通體系呈現(xiàn)立體式、分層次的空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征。在長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域?qū)用?呈現(xiàn)出以上海為核心的放射狀高速交通體系;在省域空間層面,呈現(xiàn)出差異化特征:江蘇省更多呈現(xiàn)出網(wǎng)格狀空間形態(tài);而浙江省則呈現(xiàn)出放射型空間特征;而高速鐵路仍然還處于強(qiáng)化主要節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的聯(lián)系的發(fā)展階段;(2)高速鐵路影響下長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的時(shí)空收縮呈現(xiàn)出三大特征和規(guī)律:一是“等級(jí)+網(wǎng)絡(luò)”、層級(jí)扁平,二是空間超導(dǎo)、圈層復(fù)合,三是方向變遷、斷裂位移。(3)從空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演變上看,長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)整體上形成“圈層+軸線”的空間結(jié)構(gòu),但是產(chǎn)業(yè)差異和地區(qū)差異比較顯著。就產(chǎn)業(yè)差異而言,制造業(yè)擴(kuò)散特征明顯,均質(zhì)化程度提高,而生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)則向高鐵沿線城市聚集;就地區(qū)差異而言,江蘇和浙江呈現(xiàn)出差異化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),主要表現(xiàn)為江蘇省軸線特征較為明顯,而浙江省則呈現(xiàn)出重要空間要素向杭州和寧波兩大中心城市集聚的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。形成這種結(jié)構(gòu)差異的原因與江浙兩省的城市空間分布、經(jīng)濟(jì)模式、歷史文脈等因素密不可分。(4)高鐵影響下長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)將從網(wǎng)絡(luò)型向復(fù)合型轉(zhuǎn)變,高速鐵路將對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的空間格局產(chǎn)生重要影響。最后,論文從高鐵供給側(cè)層面和區(qū)域空間發(fā)展層面,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議:一是合理安排高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)時(shí)序、從優(yōu)化區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的視角調(diào)整列車運(yùn)營(yíng)模式:二是注重1小時(shí)都市圈內(nèi)的空間整合和協(xié)作等。
[Abstract]:The high - speed railway , which has been constructed and operated on a large scale since 2004 , has brought important opportunities for the development of regional space in China .
From the perspective of population , industry development and construction land construction , this paper studies the spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta region from the perspective of population , industry development and construction land construction .
This paper studies the spatial structure succession since 2000 in the Yangtze River Delta region by using the panel data , and verifies and checks the space - time map . Finally , the paper turns to the development of the spatial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region based on the planning of the high - speed rail network in the Yangtze River Delta region , and puts forward the following conclusions : ( 1 ) The long - triangle high - speed traffic system presents the three - dimensional and hierarchical spatial network characteristics .
At the spatial level of the province , it presents the differentiation characteristics : Jiangsu Province is in the form of grid - shaped space ;
Zhejiang Province is characterized by radiation - type space .
The high - speed railway is still in the development stage of strengthening the connection between the main nodes ;
( 2 ) The space - time contraction of the Yangtze River Delta under the influence of high - speed railway assumes three characteristics and rules : one is " grade + network " , level flat , two is space superconducting , circle layer compound , three is direction change and fault displacement . ( 3 ) In terms of the evolution of space structure , the spatial structure of " circle + axis " is formed on the whole .
In the case of regional differences , Jiangsu and Zhejiang are developing trend of differentiation , which is mainly characterized by the characteristics of the axis of Jiangsu Province and the development trend of urban agglomeration in Hangzhou and Ningbo . At last , the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of high - speed rail supply and the development of regional space .
