【摘要】:工業(yè)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,促進(jìn)了人類文明的進(jìn)步,也不斷促進(jìn)著商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)急速發(fā)展,商品的供給更加快速、更加有效,商品的個(gè)性化程度也不斷提升。因此,包裝機(jī)械在包裝行業(yè)、消費(fèi)和商品流通領(lǐng)域的作用顯得越發(fā)重要。包裝產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),成為反映經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo)之一。因此,對(duì)紙箱成型機(jī)凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的研究是很有意義的。本課題來(lái)源于西安中輕包裝機(jī)械有限公司紙箱成型機(jī)改造項(xiàng)目。凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)作為CKX30紙箱成型機(jī)的核心機(jī)構(gòu),其傳動(dòng)效率、工作端運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)性能都應(yīng)具有較高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但在機(jī)器運(yùn)行中,由于凸輪輪廓曲線或連桿尺寸等各參數(shù)沒(méi)有達(dá)到最優(yōu),導(dǎo)致從動(dòng)件工作端的運(yùn)行軌跡與工作要求有所偏差,出現(xiàn)箱體成型速度降低,箱體損壞以及箱體成型失敗等情況。因此需要對(duì)凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析研究。本文利用Creo軟件對(duì)凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模,建立仿真模型后進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,了解各構(gòu)件與工作端運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而對(duì)連桿機(jī)構(gòu)完成尺寸修改的可行性優(yōu)化;以連桿工作端工作要求的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)連桿工作端的微分方程結(jié)合凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,對(duì)凸輪輪廓曲線進(jìn)行了推導(dǎo)。同時(shí),針對(duì)由凸輪幾何形狀不規(guī)則而產(chǎn)生的重心偏移的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析與優(yōu)化;最終通過(guò)ADAMS對(duì)優(yōu)化后的連桿機(jī)構(gòu)工作端的位置、速度和加速度以及滾子凸輪之間的接觸力對(duì)連桿工作端的影響進(jìn)行了分析與驗(yàn)證,證明改進(jìn)后的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)得到了提高。
[Abstract]:The continuous improvement of industrial technology promotes the progress of human civilization and the development of commodity economy. With the rapid development of economy, the supply of commodities is faster and more effective. Therefore, packaging machinery in the packaging industry, consumption and commodity circulation of the role appears to be more and more important. Packaging industry has become an important pillar industry of regional economy and one of the important indicators reflecting the level of economic development. Therefore, the study of cam linkage mechanism of carton forming machine is of great significance. This topic comes from Xi'an medium-light packing Machinery Co., Ltd. As the core mechanism of CKX30 carton forming machine, the cam linkage mechanism should have a higher standard of transmission efficiency, working end motion track and kinematics performance. However, in the operation of the machine, because the parameters such as cam contour curve or connecting rod size do not reach the optimum, the running track of the working end of the follower deviates from the working requirement, and the forming speed of the box body decreases. Box damage and box forming failure and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the cam linkage mechanism. In this paper, Creo software is used to model the cam linkage mechanism. After the simulation model is established, the structure analysis and kinematics analysis are carried out to understand the relationship between the movement law of each component and the working end. On the basis of the kinematic law of the working end of the connecting rod and the differential equation of the working end of the connecting rod, the dynamic equation of the cam linkage mechanism is combined. The cam contour curve is deduced. At the same time, the center of gravity offset caused by the irregular geometry of the cam is analyzed and optimized. Finally, the position of the working end of the optimized linkage mechanism is analyzed and optimized by ADAMS. The effects of velocity, acceleration and contact force between roller cams on the working end of connecting rod are analyzed and verified. It is proved that the performance indexes of the improved mechanism design have been improved.
