【摘要】：廈港老街區(qū)作為廈門城市歷史發(fā)展的重要組成部分,至今保留著老街生活場景和環(huán)境形態(tài)。通過田園調(diào)查、空間形態(tài)再生、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型等方式對街區(qū)進行深入探究,提出以解決問題為目標(biāo)的"嵌入式療法",采取空間模塊的嵌入模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)嵌入模式,以求用影響最少的干預(yù)方式,對街區(qū)空間進行更新和再生并滿足居民的經(jīng)濟需求,使其能符合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展定位并實現(xiàn)合理的轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the historical development of Xiamen city, the old block of Xiagang Port retains the life scene and environmental form of Old Street. Through rural investigation, spatial form regeneration, industrial transformation and so on, this paper deeply explores the block, and puts forward the "embedded therapy", which aims at solving the problem, and adopts the embedding mode of spatial module and industrial service embedding mode. In order to make use of the least influential intervention mode, renew and regenerate the block space and meet the economic needs of the residents, so that it can meet the orientation of the regional economic development and realize the reasonable transformation.
