【摘要】：海洋資源的開發(fā)與利用將決定未來我國在國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的格局。國家主席習(xí)近平指出:要關(guān)心海洋、認(rèn)識(shí)海洋、經(jīng)略海洋,要轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,打造好、運(yùn)用好海洋軟實(shí)力,同時(shí),注重海洋文化塑造。以區(qū)域品牌的相關(guān)理論及習(xí)近平主席"經(jīng)略海洋"的論述為基點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國各地相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)為支撐,做好海洋區(qū)域品牌建設(shè),可以極大地提升沿海地區(qū)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)我國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The exploitation and utilization of marine resources will determine the pattern of our country in the international competition in the future. Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out: we should care about the ocean, understand the ocean, and learn about the ocean. We should change our ideas and ideas, make good use of the soft power of the ocean, and at the same time, pay attention to the shaping of marine culture. Based on the relevant theories of regional brand and the exposition of Chairman Xi Jinping's "Jingluo Ocean", combined with the relevant practical experience in various parts of our country, taking the marine industry as the support, we should do a good job in building the regional brand of the ocean. It can greatly enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of coastal areas and promote the rapid development of marine economy in China.
