【摘要】：從可持續(xù)生計(jì)視角,構(gòu)建縣域多維貧困測度指標(biāo)體系,對四川藏區(qū)不同縣域多維貧困狀況展開跨時(shí)區(qū)測度與比較。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,四川藏區(qū)農(nóng)牧業(yè)、社會(huì)事業(yè)得到較大發(fā)展,藏區(qū)社會(huì)成員收入得到較大提高。隨著時(shí)間推移,四川藏區(qū)各縣域多維貧困程度在波動(dòng)中不斷減輕。在扶貧開發(fā)的相對初期,各縣域多維貧困趨同性大于異質(zhì)性("均貧");在扶貧開發(fā)的相對中期,其異質(zhì)性大于趨同性("貧富不均");在扶貧開發(fā)的相對后期,其趨同性大于異質(zhì)性("均富")。目前四川藏區(qū)各縣域多維貧困以輕度和中度為主。金融資本、社會(huì)資本和人力資本對四川藏區(qū)各縣域多維貧困貢獻(xiàn)度較大,自然資本貢獻(xiàn)度呈上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of sustainable livelihoods, the multi dimensional poverty measurement index system of the county is constructed, and the Multidimensional Poverty Situation in different counties in Sichuan Tibetan areas is measured and compared. The study finds that since twenty-first Century, the agricultural and animal husbandry in Sichuan Tibetan area has been greatly developed, and the income of the social members of the Tibetan region has been greatly improved. As time goes by, Sichuan In the relative early stage of poverty alleviation and development, the Multidimensional Poverty convergence is greater than heterogeneity ("all poor") in the relatively early stage of poverty alleviation and development. In the relative metaphase of poverty alleviation and development, its heterogeneity is greater than the homosexual ("uneven rich and poor"). In the relative late stage of poverty alleviation and development, its convergence is greater than the heterogeneity ("rich"). Four The Multidimensional Poverty in the counties of Sichuan and Tibet is dominated by mild and moderate poverty. The contribution of financial capital, social capital and human capital to the Multidimensional Poverty in the counties of Sichuan Tibetan area is greater, and the contribution of natural capital is on the rise.
