福州A甩掛站場(chǎng)平面布局及仿真研究

【摘要】:甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種低碳環(huán)保的新型高效運(yùn)輸方式,符合當(dāng)今我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,是我國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃以來(lái)大力提倡推廣的道路運(yùn)輸方式。發(fā)展甩掛運(yùn)輸需要一個(gè)好的站場(chǎng)為其提供基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)施保障,而目前我國(guó)甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展尚處起步階段,甩掛站場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃也沒(méi)有形成統(tǒng)一的方法,基本處于落后狀態(tài)。 甩掛站場(chǎng)是甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),其合理布局和科學(xué)運(yùn)作對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代公路運(yùn)輸?shù)慕】悼焖侔l(fā)展有著十分重要的作用。甩掛站場(chǎng)的平面布局規(guī)劃是甩掛站場(chǎng)規(guī)劃的重要組成部分,對(duì)于提高站場(chǎng)內(nèi)部運(yùn)作水平、節(jié)約土地使用具有重要作用。通過(guò)甩掛站場(chǎng)的平面布局規(guī)劃,能夠提高公路運(yùn)輸效率,提高物流作業(yè)組織化水平和集約化程度,從而帶動(dòng)整個(gè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的作業(yè)能力,促進(jìn)城市和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 本論文以首批甩掛試點(diǎn)之一的福州A甩掛站場(chǎng)為例,從以下幾方面對(duì)甩掛站場(chǎng)的平面布局問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究:首先,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,在總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外甩掛相關(guān)領(lǐng)域分析研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了常用的幾種平面布局方法,選取系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)法(Systematic Layout Planning, SLP)、遺傳算法、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真三種方法,將其應(yīng)用到解決甩掛站場(chǎng)的平面布局問(wèn)題中。其次,對(duì)甩掛站場(chǎng)內(nèi)部作業(yè)流程和功能區(qū)劃分進(jìn)行分析,利用SLP得到站場(chǎng)內(nèi)各個(gè)功能區(qū)的綜合相關(guān)性,這部分是甩掛站場(chǎng)布局設(shè)計(jì)和仿真的基礎(chǔ)。接下來(lái),在SLP基礎(chǔ)上引入遺傳算法,確定目標(biāo)函數(shù),在約束條件限制下,建立站場(chǎng)布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用Matlab軟件求解模型,收斂后得到初步布局方案。然后,基于Flexsim仿真軟件,建立甩掛站場(chǎng)作業(yè)流程仿真模型。通過(guò)一段時(shí)間的仿真運(yùn)行,來(lái)考核站場(chǎng)內(nèi)部主要作業(yè)區(qū)的作業(yè)流暢性、站場(chǎng)整體作業(yè)節(jié)拍平衡性以及場(chǎng)內(nèi)設(shè)施設(shè)備的利用效率和配置數(shù)量,進(jìn)而完善甩掛站場(chǎng)平面布局方案。最后,回顧和總結(jié)全文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,歸納了本文的主要研究工作,并對(duì)今后的研究工作了展望。
[Abstract]:As a new and efficient transportation mode of low carbon and environmental protection, it meets the requirements of the development of modern logistics industry in our country. It is a road transportation mode that has been vigorously promoted since the 12th Five-Year Plan in our country. It needs a good station yard to provide basic facilities for its development, but at present, the development of swing and hang transportation in China is still in its infancy, and the design planning of the yard is not unified, and it is basically in a backward state. Swing and hang station is the basis of the development of transportation, and its rational layout and scientific operation play a very important role in the healthy and rapid development of modern highway transportation in China. The layout planning of the swing and hanging station is an important part of the layout planning, which plays an important role in improving the internal operation level of the station yard and saving the land use. Through the plane layout planning of the dumping and hanging yard, the highway transportation efficiency can be improved, the organization level and intensive degree of logistics operation can be improved, thus the operation ability of the whole logistics network can be promoted, and the development of city and regional economy can be promoted. This paper takes Fuzhou A dumping Station, one of the first batch of pilot projects, as an example, and studies the plane layout of the yard from the following aspects: first, through the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign transportation development, On the basis of summarizing the present situation of analysis and research on the related fields of hanging and dumping at home and abroad, this paper expounds several commonly used methods of plane layout, and selects three methods of system layout design, such as systematic Layout planning, slp, genetic algorithm, computer simulation, etc. It is applied to solve the problem of plane layout of swing and hang yard. Secondly, the paper analyzes the operation flow and the division of the function area of the dumping and hanging station, and obtains the comprehensive correlation of each function area by using SLP, which is the basis of layout design and simulation of the dumping and hanging station. Then, the genetic algorithm is introduced on the basis of SLP, and the objective function is determined. Under the constraint condition, the mathematical model of station layout is established, and the solution model is solved by using Matlab software, and the preliminary layout scheme is obtained after convergence. Then, based on the Flexsim simulation software, the simulation model of the operation flow of the dumping and hanging station is established. Through a period of simulation operation, the operation fluency of the main operation area in the station yard, the balance of the whole operation beat, the utilization efficiency and the configuration quantity of the facilities in the station are examined, and the layout scheme of the dumping and hanging station is improved. Finally, the main research contents of this paper are reviewed and summarized, the main research work of this paper is summarized, and the future research work is prospected.
