【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國城市化的發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成績。城市化是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到一定程度的必然結(jié)果，城市具有規(guī)模、集聚、輻射等效應(yīng)，能帶動周邊區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。我國傳統(tǒng)城市化的發(fā)展存在很多弊端，，例如，許多城市的發(fā)展沒有產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐；有的政府大搞“形成工程”，造成資源浪費；城市生態(tài)環(huán)境造到嚴重破壞等，嚴重影響了我國城市化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。黨在十八大會議上提出了堅持走新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路，要以人為本為核心，堅持走綠色、低碳、集約的發(fā)展道路。新型城鎮(zhèn)化是我國轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的重要戰(zhàn)略，也是全面實現(xiàn)小康社會，促進國民經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展的重要途徑。 在當今經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展的浪潮下，外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要的影響，同時，外商直接投資已深深地嵌入到中國的城市化發(fā)展之中，成為我國城市化發(fā)展重要的外源性發(fā)展動力。我國處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期，應(yīng)抓住新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展這個機遇，充分利用外資促進我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展。 本文首先對外商直接投資與城市化的相關(guān)理論進行分析總結(jié)，發(fā)現(xiàn)外商直接投資與城市化之間存在著相互影響的關(guān)系。然后分析外商直接投資和我國城市化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，接著分析外商直接投資對我國城市的影響，外商直接投資能促進城市化的發(fā)展，主要通過促進當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、人口就業(yè)等方面促進我國城市化的發(fā)展。同時，外商直接投資對我國城市化具有負面影響，分析我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的特點和外商直接投資與我國城市化發(fā)展的矛盾和沖突，這些矛盾和沖突限制了我國城市化的發(fā)展。在本文的最后，論文歸納總結(jié)出外商直接投資對城市化的影響，并結(jié)合十八大提出的新型城鎮(zhèn)化，提出優(yōu)化利用外資的對策和建議，利用外商直接投資更好的促進新型城鎮(zhèn)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of urbanization in China has made remarkable achievements.Urbanization is the inevitable result of the development of social economy to a certain extent. Cities have the effects of scale, agglomeration and radiation, which can promote the development of regional economy.There are many drawbacks in the development of traditional urbanization in China. For example, many cities have no industrial support; some governments have engaged in "formative projects", resulting in waste of resources; and the urban ecological environment has been seriously damaged.It has seriously affected the sustainable development of urbanization in China.At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Party put forward a new road of urbanization, which should be people-oriented and green, low-carbon and intensive.New urbanization is an important strategy to change the mode of economic development in China. It is also an important way to realize a well-off society in an all-round way and to promote the sound and rapid development of the national economy.Under the current tide of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) has exerted an important influence on the economic development of our country. At the same time, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been deeply embedded in the urbanization development of China.It has become an important exogenous motive force for the development of urbanization in China.Our country is in the key period of economic transformation, we should seize the opportunity of the development of new urbanization and make full use of foreign capital to promote the development of new urbanization in our country.Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the related theories of FDI and urbanization, and finds that there is a mutual influence relationship between FDI and urbanization.Then it analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment and the development of urbanization in China, and then analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment on the cities of our country. Foreign direct investment can promote the development of urbanization, mainly by promoting the development of local economy and upgrading the industrial structure.Population employment and other aspects to promote the development of urbanization in China.At the same time, foreign direct investment (FDI) has a negative impact on China's urbanization. The characteristics of China's new urbanization and the contradictions and conflicts between foreign direct investment (FDI) and China's urbanization development are analyzed. These contradictions and conflicts limit the development of China's urbanization.At the end of this paper, the paper summarizes the impact of foreign direct investment on urbanization, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the utilization of foreign capital in the light of the new type of urbanization proposed by the 18th National Congress of the National Congress of the people's Republic of China.The use of foreign direct investment to better promote the new type of urbanization sustainable development.
