【摘要】:礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)是一個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,礦山的開采在很大程度上改變了礦山原有的環(huán)境,任何環(huán)節(jié)處理不當(dāng)都可能對礦區(qū)周圍的環(huán)境造成破壞,危及人類生命安全。當(dāng)?shù)V山位于城市、河流或交通干線附近時,采礦地的破壞性發(fā)展將成為城市和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)劃、實(shí)施的主要障礙之一。環(huán)境評價通常亦可稱為“環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價”,其目的就是從保護(hù)環(huán)境的角度出發(fā),對人類社會行為,包括政策、法令等在內(nèi)的一切活動造成的環(huán)境影響,進(jìn)行定性與定量的評估。具體到礦產(chǎn)資源環(huán)境評價,就是運(yùn)用一定的評價方法和手段,對礦業(yè)活動對環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行評估,從而促進(jìn)礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。而在進(jìn)行環(huán)境評價時也應(yīng)考慮環(huán)境的資源構(gòu)成或環(huán)境結(jié)構(gòu),使包括礦產(chǎn)在內(nèi)的各種資源得以最好地利用和保護(hù),因此,開展資源與環(huán)境聯(lián)合評價具有十分重要的意義。工作區(qū)屬青藏高原北部地震區(qū)柴達(dá)木地震亞區(qū),處于布爾汗布達(dá)山構(gòu)造強(qiáng)震帶和柴達(dá)木中強(qiáng)地震帶交界部位的北側(cè),地震活動較為頻繁。區(qū)內(nèi)無常住居民點(diǎn),人類工程活動主要以礦產(chǎn)勘查、勘探、開采實(shí)驗活動為主,目前尚無大規(guī)模開采活動。根據(jù)2010年青海省第一地質(zhì)礦產(chǎn)勘查院所作環(huán)境地質(zhì)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)不良地質(zhì)現(xiàn)象類型有潛在不穩(wěn)定斜坡、崩塌、滑坡、泥石流四類,其中以崩塌最為發(fā)育。論文以基于Arc Scene的礦山環(huán)境三維模型構(gòu)建技術(shù)和基于Surpac軟件的礦產(chǎn)資源三維建模技術(shù)為支撐,以《礦山環(huán)境綜合調(diào)查與評價》地調(diào)項目為依托,將礦山環(huán)境的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害信息與對應(yīng)區(qū)域礦產(chǎn)資源的地下構(gòu)造及巖體信息聯(lián)系起來,直觀分析地質(zhì)災(zāi)害發(fā)生地點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造與地層信息,客觀評價人為因素對礦山環(huán)境造成的影響并制定出切實(shí)有效的開發(fā)方案,并以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)約束開采過程礦山開發(fā)人員的開采方式,杜絕違法開采造成重大地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,為進(jìn)一步的規(guī)范整頓提供技術(shù)支撐,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)資源與環(huán)境的聯(lián)合評價。
[Abstract]:The exploitation of mineral resources is a complex system engineering. The mining of mines has changed the original environment of the mines to a great extent. Any improper handling of the links may damage the environment around the mining areas and endanger the safety of human life.When mines are located near cities, rivers or traffic lines, the destructive development of mining sites will become one of the main obstacles to urban and regional economic planning and implementation.Environmental assessment is usually referred to as "environmental quality assessment", the purpose of which is to carry out qualitative and quantitative assessment of the environmental impact caused by human social behavior, including policies, decrees and so on, from the point of view of environmental protection.The evaluation of mineral resources environment is to use certain evaluation methods and means to evaluate the impact of mining activities on the environment so as to promote the coordinated development of mineral resources and environment.In order to make the best use and protection of all kinds of resources, it is of great significance to carry out joint assessment of resources and environment.The working area belongs to the Qaidam earthquake subarea of the northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is located on the northern side of the junction of the Burhan Budashan tectonic strong earthquake belt and the Qaidam moderate strong seismic belt. The seismicity is relatively frequent.There are no permanent residential areas in the area, and human engineering activities mainly consist of mineral exploration, exploration and mining experiments, but there are no large-scale mining activities at present.According to the environmental geological investigation carried out by the first Geological and Mineral Exploration Institute of Qinghai Province in 2010, it is found that there are four types of potentially unstable slopes, collapses, landslides and debris flows, among which the collapse is the most developed.The thesis is based on the 3D modeling technology of mine environment based on Arc Scene and the 3D modeling technology of mineral resources based on Surpac software.The geological hazard information of the mine environment is connected with the underground structure and rock mass information of the corresponding regional mineral resources, and the structure and stratigraphic information of the geological hazard location is analyzed intuitively.Objectively evaluating the impact of human factors on the mine environment and drawing up a practical and effective development plan, and taking this as a standard to restrict the mining methods of mine developers during the mining process, and to prevent the occurrence of major geological disasters caused by illegal mining,Provide technical support for further standardization and rectification, and truly realize joint evaluation of resources and environment.
