【摘要】：云南曲靖區(qū)域貧困呈現(xiàn)"4+1+4"的特征,即4個(gè)片區(qū)縣加一個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣和4個(gè)插花縣,其中會(huì)澤縣和宣威市為烏蒙山片區(qū),師宗縣和羅平縣為滇桂黔石漠化片區(qū)。文章以曲靖區(qū)域貧困作為研究對(duì)象,在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析曲靖區(qū)域貧困的分布與特征,從區(qū)位、資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面分析了曲靖區(qū)域發(fā)展條件。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與扶貧開(kāi)發(fā),要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)體制機(jī)制,激發(fā)內(nèi)生發(fā)展動(dòng)力,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),培育特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The poverty in Qujing area of Yunnan Province shows the characteristics of "414", that is, four slice counties plus one state-level poverty county and four flower arrangement counties, of which Huize County and Xuanwei City are Wumengshan region, Shizong County and Luoping County are Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou rocky desertification regions.On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the distribution and characteristics of poverty in Qujing region, and analyzes the development conditions of Qujing region in terms of location, resources and industrial development.Regional economic development and poverty alleviation development should innovate the system and mechanism of poverty alleviation and development, stimulate endogenous development power, strengthen infrastructure construction, and cultivate characteristic superior industries at the same time.
