【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化高職院校人才培養(yǎng)機制、發(fā)展完善校企深度合作、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代學徒制的協(xié)同育人方面,專業(yè)教學標準的制定至關重要。專業(yè)教學標準制定得合理與否,不僅直接影響教學內(nèi)容、教學方法及教學效果,影響人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量及學校的辦學水平,還會直接影響行業(yè)企業(yè)用人及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。因此,基于地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展特點,校企聯(lián)合制定合理有效、切實可行的現(xiàn)代學徒制專業(yè)教學標準,是校企聯(lián)合實施現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)的保證。
[Abstract]:In the aspects of innovating and optimizing the talent training mechanism of higher vocational colleges, developing and perfecting the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and jointly cultivating the modern apprenticeship system, the establishment of professional teaching standard is very important.Whether the professional teaching standard is reasonable or not will not only directly affect the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching effects, but also directly affect the quality of talent training and the level of running a school, as well as the employment of personnel and the development of regional economy.Therefore, based on the characteristics of local regional economic development, the establishment of reasonable, effective and feasible teaching standards of modern apprenticeship system is the guarantee for the joint implementation of modern apprenticeship system personnel training.
