【摘要】：隨著供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革政策的實(shí)施,河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展遇到了困境。本文分析了雄安新區(qū)的設(shè)立及現(xiàn)狀,比較了深圳特區(qū)、浦東新區(qū)和雄安新區(qū)的設(shè)立歷程及優(yōu)勢(shì)。又結(jié)合珠三角、長(zhǎng)三角和京津冀三大區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)在發(fā)展不平衡、市場(chǎng)化程度低、科技資源配置效率差異大的不同情況進(jìn)行了比較,思考了設(shè)立雄安新區(qū)的重大意義及發(fā)展思路。建議以雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)為契機(jī),把雄安新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)作為提高京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的重中之重。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the supply-side structural reform policy, the sustainable economic development of Hebei Province has encountered difficulties. This paper analyzes the establishment and present situation of Xiong'an New area, and compares the Shenzhen Special Zone. The history and advantages of the establishment of the Pudong New area and the Xiong'an New area are also compared with the three regional economies of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of unbalanced development, low degree of marketization, and large differences in the efficiency of scientific and technological resources allocation. It is suggested that the development and construction of Xiong'an New area should be regarded as the most important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province, taking the construction of Xiong'an New area as a turning point.
